It should be relatively easy to add a reed valve to that motor. Possibly one of the old Pabatco 100cc kits could be adapted. A 22 to 24mm Mikuni would be just right. A custom trials exhaust would be the finishing touch. Then this bike would pull down low like the TY175 that snuck into the video. I built my first Hodaka trials bike in 1974. Then in 1994 I built a replica of that bike and competed in AHRMA and STRA events in the Southeast.
