I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the Painted Silver Tray, ESPECIALLY with the Rice Paper DESIGN just laying in the Tray....... VERY NICE..... I WILL Definitely try doing the BOTTLES WITHOUT any Faux Flowers or Ribbon..... Love just the Paint, the Writing and the Decals Alone......
You are amazing!! All of your projects are simply beautiful! I have saved pearls, beads, hankies, and little pieces of cloth all of my life and love how they look on frames, boxes, and even in dishes, jars, and bottles sitting on dressers or tables. Now is time ti step up my game. Thank you so many ideas!
Every item was beautiful I especially loved the bottles you did at the end. The valentine tradition Bible verse cards are a wonderful tradition idea thank you for the inspiration God bless

I volunteer at a thrift store and if something comes in and it’s antique I alway have to fine out information on it. I love old trays and - Knickknacks , mugs. That is a wonderful idea with the bible verses. I use to hang verses around the house but I like the garland idea.
That sounds like so much fun! I love finding out the history of a piece or company that made it. That's a good idea to post bible verses throughout your home! Blessings, Kim ❤
Loved all the DIYs and different techniques you used! The wooden frame converted to a tray used to be a calendar holder. Lang calendars made them popular. My husband made so many for gifts - especially for family, and every year at Christmas he would go to the mall to the calendar kiosk to buy the Lang calendars to keep the gift going! I need to check the attic because I bet we have one or two and NOW I know what to do with them! I looked them up online and to my surprise, these are still being sold - Target lists them for $40!! Anyway, just recently found your channel and am really enjoying your videos! Have a blessed week!
Hi Michele! Oh, how neat! Thank you for letting me know! I will keep my eye out for more and look up what they looked like as a calendar. I would love to see your trays when you finish them! Blessings Kim
I tend to go for pale teal, pale yellow and pale pink. Lovely work. Thanks for shareing. I am currently working on organizing my craft room. Aughhhhh. Lol
Thank You Stella! I will be sure to show some more projects using them if you'd like to see more! I did post a table makeover (one of my first videos) & used a two-page decal - had some challenges and it still came out great- Blessings, Kim
I must have overlooked the paper you mentioned. I couldn’t find it on here. I’ve never heard of “water slide decal paper”. Will you post a link to that? Thanks.
Hello, sorry I forgot to list it - Here is the brand I used - amzn.to/3BfJvr3 I have an inkjet printer but they also sell some for a laser printer. I use one in todays video on the last diy! Blessings, Kim
Since you put greenery in the hurricane lamp leaving the green underneath probably work for some decor. But could you have painted it a different color, say black or navy, then covered with white and distressed it?
One option is to apply a coat of sealer over the paint that you do not want to "pop through" prior to applying the bottom layer of paint you want. This will help so the bottom color doesn't come through. Another option would be to use a different form of distressing maybe using a painting block or sharpie. Hope this helps
Love your work..I really enjoy watching your videos..I would like to get some of that rice paper..but I couldn't find the link..can you please send it to me..I would really appreciate it ☺️
Hi Tonia thank you! It's amazing and so easy to work with! Shipping did take a week but was worth it! Let me know how you like it! ❤ Rice Paper (for decoupage) - amzn.to/3v2s0ZR
Hi Lynn, I think some like an aged weathered look and others prefer that nice clean new look. I will be sharing projects using both types ❤ Blessings, Kim
