Oh how I wish the work place was like this today... suits, fedoras, phones ringing, typewriters (Yes, I would love to hear typewriters!). We really need to bring this back!
I know that I am romanticizing the post war American workplace (1945-1960), but I also know that American business of this time churned out many of the products we continue to use today. It was possibly the best time for American economically speaking.

This "broadcast" really puts me into the moment when I'm doing housework, or something pretty begrudging. It sure takes the gunk 'n funk out of dirty jobs. Thank you Vintage Radio, for all your wonderful tunes and old-timey radio-style format 💖🎷🎺🍁🕺💃
Listening to this, wearing my full cut, drape tweed suit after Sunday Mass, eating lunch with my wife. The way life ought to be… thanks be to God. Let’s hope some order is restored to society.
Takes me back to watching my dad coming home from the city, after getting the car at the train station, in a fedora and suit, mom at the front door with a dress on, Chanel #5 behind each ear, and all of us kids scrubbed up and a hot five course dinner on the table. Monday through Friday - and both parents were college graduates. Good for me, but not such good times for the majority of Americans.
Wonderful songs from a bygone era that everyone is longing for. We can have it all back by praying for God to return to our land. May you all have a blessed day. ❤

Ugh. Commercial after every single song. This time there’s two commercials in a row. Search still on for no if not minimal commercials. Rap music commercials in between really kill the whole stepping back in time mood.
