Violent Night (2022) CHRISTMAS MOVIE REACTION! FIRST TIME WATCHING!! 

I always figured one parent assumes the other parent bought the gift from Santa at some point and are too busy to question it in movies like this

In the original poem, "Twas the Night Before Christmas" (1823) by Clement Clarke Moore, there are 8 tiny reindeer: Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Dunder(or Donner) and Blixem(or Blitzen). Rudolph and his story was created in 1939 by Montgomery Ward department store as a promotional holiday gimmick Ten years later, 1949, the song of Rudolph the red nosed reindeer was written and recorded and became a popular Christmas classic. Santa does have roots in Viking lore, as well as from most cultures around the world. This film pays homage to several films besides Home Alone and Die Hard. It is now my favorite Christmas movie.

“Why is Rudolph not there? Is he copyright…?” That was funny, but actually funnier in a British accent..

I loved this film. It was completely my sense of humour and I loved the idea of him being a Viking who has fallen out of shape and slowly gets back into the fighting as he becomes less rusty. Yeah the family were annoying, but that was the point. If it wasn't for Trudy Santa would never have helped the family. This film knew exactly what it was and went all in. This is going to be a new annual film for me!

I know it's already been said but this was such a fun movie. I wasn't expecting much from it but gave it a chance and had a blast with it.

My wife and I went to see this when it came out, it’s the first movie we’d been to see just the two of us for years. We both loved it!

FINALLY! I've been waiting for you gents to review one of my favorite R-Rated Christmas movies. It's such a delight to see Santa overtaking those dangerously violent mercenaries especially John Leguizamo's Scrooge. The Mom/Grandmom was played by was played by Beverly D’Angelo from the National Lampoon Vacation movies. In Georgia, mince meat is available in most grocery stores. It’s not very popular, though. I think you guys are probably right about the sequel being at the North Pole Workshop. Bert’s video asking people to believe would also get bad people to want to steal Santa’s power.

Rudolph only works on super foggy Christmas nights. So he doesn't even have to work the 1 day a year like the other reindeer. Imagine only having to work 1 day every few years, but your job is so niche you can't be replaced. 😂

The main villain also played the auto chop shop owner in "John Wick".

As a person who lives in the same state as Greenwich, I can attest that those super wealthy home compounds do exist. Not in all of the state of Connecticut, but Greenwich for sure. Saw this in the theatre, and the whole audience was laughing while uncomfortably watching the violent scenes.

I think at 1st Santa isn't as good at fighting because he's so drunk & wasn't mentally as focused. But then he gets mad & also his old memories from before being Santa resurface. But it's been a long time since he fought & he's a bit out of shape too.

The US does carrots too for the reindeer. Also sometimes kids make magic reindeer food that's just dry oatmeal and glitter.

I loved this film. I thought it wad great fun and didn't have a problem with the characters being somewhat one dimensional because I thought it enhanced the kind of fairytale quality of it.

Worry not, quite a few of us know of mince pies (I love the meat variety myself), but I suspect cookies are easier to acquire (and simpler to make) in the states.

the thing is santa claus is like the imaginary friend as a child. you just stop believing as you get older. one of the perks of life and adult hood. it steals whatever childhood fantasy's you have. people expect you to take control of your life and take responsibility. thats the shitting thing about being a adult. you inner child just dies off and you forget what that happiness feels like

need to see this movie. for those going through the comments, I've got good news. God is good because He gives His blessings to everyone, whether they be good or bad. but everyone has at least, told a lie, or stolen something in their life. and that makes them sinners, and God will not allow sinners in heaven; in His presence, because He is holy. so, God has to punish the sinners in hell, because God is severe and just. but God is also love and He made a way for some to be saved from His wrath. here are the steps: 1. admit that you're a sinner and are lost. 2. realize that the penalty of sin is death (hell). 3. believe that Jesus (who is God) died on the cross, was buried, then rose from the grave, to pay the penalty for man's past, present, and future sins. 4. trust Christ alone as your Savior, and not on your own good deeds to get you to heaven (nor a combination of your faith and self-righteous works). 5. pray to God NOW that you're accepting Christ's free gift of salvation because if you die before making this decision, it's too late, and you'll 🔥🥵😈 6. and to be a disciple, tell people about Jesus, read the bible, go to church regularly to know God's will for your life.
