Being able to compartmentalize work from your personal life is a challenge relatable to most people. I find it fascinating how the women in the industry make clear boundaries on what scenes or work they will not participate in to honor their private relationships. There is no one right way , just what works for each couple. I would love to see some male performer interviews to hear what work sex acts they refrain from when in a committed relationship.

Lena you're still young and hot girl! Don't change too much about yourself! You can always get a little botox if you're worried about looking a little younger/staying that way, but you definitely don't need extreme work done.

It's so weird how much I relate to Lena after she had Parker, because my situation that completely changed me socially / mentally / emotionally was getting in a really bad car accident / getting clean, but everything she talks about her life completely changing / all the mental stuff she's dealing with over her life doing a complete 180 and having to navigate feeling like I am who I Wana be, or I even know who I Wana be is like exactly the stuff I talk to my therapist about. It's crazy.
I turned 30 this year, Lena. We are in our PRIME. Times have changed so much, life spans are so much longer. 30 is so young, not even halfway through life! Also, you’re so beautiful the way u are. Women peak 24-29 unless you are genetically gifted (Most african american, asian and mixed race people age the best) This is why most women around 30-32 want to settle down and expedite marrige / having kids because the pressure/ clock is much harder for women.
