You have to spend a lot of money with them to be able to be invited to spend a lot more money with them. That’s an amazing business model! I don’t know how these brands get away with that! Well I know why but wow!
Lilly Goq what else are you going to do with your money if you were a millionaire,? But houses, cars, expensive clothes, and travel... that’s pretty much it! ... that’s why I don’t understand this pursuit of wealth, I mean I get that it’s fun and what not, but it’s only a matter of time before you get bored of the house and the car, and already traveled the whole world, and own a bunch of expensive stuff... to be “wealthy” means someone else has to have nothing and the only thing you can do with the “wealth” is use and abuse and exploit the forced labor of slaves who get payed money AKA “employees”
These bags used to be very high quality, handmade and with attention to detail. Now they are mass produced with so many defects, things being off centered, leather getting scratched, hardware also scratched, costume jewelry crystals falling off etc. What amazes me is their prices are up and people still continue to buy lower quality items with higher amounts of money... And be proud about it!
It’s almost like a big F-U to the consumer, like the joke is on them, like they are making a mockery of consumers, only a complete fool would fall for such a scam... like the brand SUPREME does the same kind of covert subliminal marketing with their brand and products, or all of these high fashion brands making $800 cotton t shirts with a logo on it, it’s pure insanity!
And on top of that they give them bad customer experiences to most people who are not relegar customers. And people still allow themselves to be treated like this!🙄

The closest I ever got to being an insider at Chanel was when I was 15 and I legit thought "regular people" weren't allowed in Saks in Manhattan so I put on my most expensive vintage pieces I inherited from dead family members thinking I was inconspicuous looking like joan crawford rose from the grave and walked in like I was a secret agent infiltrating a high security government building and crept around Chanel looking at all the people that worked there like they were a secret assassin waiting to take me out for secretly being broke af.
I prefer when you unbox it “live” while filming as it’s more personal and I like seeing your initial reaction! It’s more personal as if we’re there with you unboxing these exciting little treats 💖 Also, seeing you toss the packaging for these intricately wrapped boxes is pretty hilarious 😂
is it just me or recently all of the flaps on Chanels classic flap bags are crooked? Ive noticed this everytime im in the store and you can see on the first bag that the left is higher than the right.

Samantha Ferraro it’s the houndstooth fabric playing a trick on your eyes. You can see what I mean if you focus on the white parts and try to see them as vertical lines. :)
I see what you're talking about. I find that a lot of the seasonal minis (i.e. the pearl flap, sequin flap) can tend to have the flap tilted if it's not closed properly or in a hurry. This minis aren't as structured as the classic flaps and tend to move around.
Actually, I just purchased this bag. When you look from far away, the houndstooth pattern can play tricks on you. There are a lot of lines on this bag. Just like how the pearl bag started to seem off of there was any movement to the flap. I wish I could upload photos on RU-vid comments so I can explain it.

Yeah, get a personal shopper and they will treat you well. They will also show you items for the future season and can get it for you. Kindness goes a long way. They also treat you better, since your personal shopper will call ahead of time to let them know your coming if you ask.
Hey Lailli, I just managed to get my hands on the tweed houndstooth mini. I phoned my local Chanel and they were able to sell it over the phone (just gonna go pick it up or they can ship it to me). It was $4300 Canadian plus our 13% tax -which ends up similar to Dubai pricing. I can't wait to see how you style this bag. I thought it only came in the medium size - didn't know there was a mini until you unboxed it. Thanks for sharing!
I personally prefer the first unboxing you did, it shows the item kind of like in a better way and we get to see it clearly. Also the beige bag is so pretty!!! Love it so much 😍. Pls also do more jewellery hauls!!! The jewellery you buy are just so beautiful

This question makes it extremely obvious I don't own a channel bag. Though I live vicariously through you, so its fine. I know the hardware can be silver, gold, champagne ect. That being said, is it plated gold or solid gold? I'd assume solid but you can never be sure. Also, since you asked, I personally much prefer the RU-vid style over the IGTV. I just don't like the camera angle to be honest and you tend to rush through the unboxing because IG / IGTV content don't get much love or shared as much if they aren't 60 seconds or under. In my opinion, I could be wrong, I haven't looked into it or given it much thought until now. The eye level unboxing along with you giving information on the item you've purchased along with styling tips or sizing information is much more appealing and interesting for me to watch. And truthfully I just don't like the over head view, so yeah. Wicked purchases and another awesome video. Forever fabulous! x
I think you are right this color darkens with time because I see preloved beige Claire bags but with darker shade and I think it gets nicer with time IMO Got same bag last week but haven’t used it yet waiting for the world to be become better 🙂
