How many train fleets does camrail own?

You never disappoint with any episode, Cameroon doesn't have Soo many rail way stations. Why is it difficult for them to maintain this small number?. Pangar station paint is faded & not clean . It seems to me that Cameroon will never improve.

Camrail has to destroy dat nonsense they call a train. It's better they put in the money into building better roads
