He's embarrassed in front of his church and community ?What about lying on camera? What about being in arrears on child support? What about acting the fool in court? I doubt that reputation is too shiny.
Wow. Attorney wants to move forward. But after his lies were exposed, no accountability. He may not have sought to go viral, but that was because of his actions. And it might have ended there, but he chose to do an interview with the news. He blamed his lack of actions on others which possibly painted them in a negative light. I do believe he should publicly apologize, especially to Judge S. I think it was great that Judge Simpson addressed it.
The news outlet and the attorney didn’t do they’re homework and if this attorney has been before judge Simpson before how does she not know who mr. Allen is. 😂
Getting and maintaining a driver’s license has to be one of the easiest things to do in life. You get it at about 16 years old and renew it through the mail every few years. How lazy do you have to be to never have managed that?
If you have to wear a shirt that says, "trust me" ....I immediately don't. "trust me bro" is not what I'd be wearing to court. He is a liar and thinks the court and the DMV are fools. SOS isn't a fool either. HE IS!
I hope folks noticed that Mr. Harris was wearing a yellow-shirt to court that said, “Trust me” on the front and has crossed fingers on the back. Interesting court attire.
He has given the law the middle finger his whole adult life. I love it he got busted and roasted and no doubt this will go viral too. Did you notice his T shirt with " trust me " on the front and the fingers crossed on the back? We all know what that means lol.. He really isn't that smart.
Driving with a suspended license is bad enough. Driving with NO license at all is even worse. Like, how many times does this guy have to shoot himself in the foot before he realizes he messed up his own life? lol
It's June 14th as I write this, and I haven't seen any interview or apology statements from Mr Harris. Has anyone heard anything from him about his lies?
While the judge was overly nice to the attorney, it's at least as much her fault the case went viral. She was spewing words as though they were facts. He should have been angry with her for creating the circus. I'm so happy all his lies backfired
@@stephaniehines4455 The car might be in his wife's name. He also told the media he was driving to get her to the doctor's for a medical emergency (which was also a lie).
I find the defendant to be lazy, a liar, immature, entitled, and unwilling to accept his own lack of responsibility and lack of respect for the law, give him the maximum allowed sentence because he knowingly did it and even admitted it to the cop and then tried to slander the court, the judge, the department of public safety, and the secretary of state knowing the whole time he was lying about everything
Not going to happen. Now he’s saying he “doesn’t remember” if he ever had a drivers license. Amazing that such a young man has such alleged severe memory issues.
He's been doing this crap for 25yrs and now its shown an accident in the time driving illegally and multiple times pulled over and cited for driving with no license, he needs to go to jail. 3 months at least he's known all along he's breaking the laws and ignored them. He's a damn adult, no excuses. Send to jail.....
@@stevemeyer9866 HIS DRIVING PRIVELEDGES (license or not) were revoked. He had to pay the 150$ to have them re-instated IN CASE he wanted to get a license in the future.
Yea well the punishment is no where near where it needs to be for someone like him. Hes been driving without a license since he was 19 and most likely without insurance
@@ShugaAnnSpyce That was the DA's way of saying that Mr. Allen was going to have to remand someone without saying... Mr. Allen is going to have to detain this guy. So it creates less drama and it is safer for everyone in the court. I know something is about to go south when Mr. Allen gets behind the defendant. Someone is about to take a fieldtrip.
The PD probably got herself assigned because it is high profile. She seems like the upper management type, all full of rody platitudes but inexperienced in real world applications.
She comes across like a total bubblehead! Made even worse by her insistence that everyone forget about his past and move on … you know, because crimes don’t follow you.
@@ScottW-vz4bf Absolutely!! With that logic, every defense would be “ I know they broke the law, but let’s forget the punishment and taking responsibility and just start with a clean slate starting today” total bs.
I hope the church in which he is "involved" sees this and he is completely embarassed and ashamed. Though he doesn't seem likely to be the kind of guy to whom shame is a familiar emotion. He is a shameless liar.
This ding dong of an attorney, who took this case, thinking she'd be party to a huge false imprisonment settlement, must regret taking him for a client.
She should have done a little homework before court, she had time. After this did anyone see her back on the news saying, my client is a total POS liar who hasn't had a license, ever, and doesn't pay his child support. That's what I thought
Does his shirt say 'trust me' on the front with crossed fingers on the back? Am I seeing this right? The odesity of this person. He lied and badmouthed everybody involved, everybody else is at fault but him. I also didn't hear an apology, nothing.
To me him driving without a license while in zoom court is why it went viral. Don't forget that part, oh wait he has warrant. Nice of the Judge to stop her before she tried to go all Matlock on him.
She was saved by GAWD!! The invisible sky fairy who apparently only cares about those who show up and drop coin in the tip jar every Sunday. GAWD will forgive him for his lies, too, no doubt!
22:08 - "Who is Mr. Allen?" HAW! That defense attorney must be the only person in the legal community who doesn't know who Mr. Allen is. He's more famous than Rusty on the _People's Court_ . 😁
Actually my question when I saw that original video was "what kind of dumbass does a court zoom meeting about his license being suspended while driving" everyone knows you don't do zoom meetings while driving, everyone knows you don't drive while your license is suspended. So WTF was he thinking or was he thinking at all????????
And the Oscar goes to….the one whose fault it is. He had and has NO business driving PERIOD. He started all this. Oooh so he has a warrant. So buddy put that on the news. So deal with it. I love Judge Simpson.
