@@noorzia8614 As a Vietnamese, that sauce color look quite familiar. If I’m not mistaken, they’re using a Vietnamese brand chili sauce called “Chin Su”. It is my most favorite chili sauce out there. Sweet, chili and tangy. So good!
Excuse me ☝️….. in Philippines 🇵🇭 we have that food too ~~~^^. We call it “Maruya “. We flattened the bananas, coat them with pancake mix and fried. Please check it out, if interested ~~~^^ In English, we call it “Banana Fritter”.
I think it’s a national dish. Every country did them almost the name. Banana flatten and coat in batter. The difference is they probably use different types of bananas.
