What you said at the beginning was true, a lot of non-black creators profit from mocking a stereotypical black woman. Bhad bhabie, Woah Vicky, this girl etc. Black creators also benefit from mocking a stereotypical black woman. They end up with huge platforms and everything. People are laughing now, but if she ends up making a career out of it they'll be the same ones saying they can't believe it.
I don’t think they’re mocking, I think this is genuinely who these people are. I could be wrong but I went to school with half of the school being just like that Brit Barbie girl and sure some of them thought it would make them popular but some of them seemed like they’ve been like that since birth and grew up like that 🤷🏼♀️
No one really thought she was funny it was obvious when it first started that people were making fun of her people like to make fun of people and parade and mock people people were making fun of her and mocking her and then people started taking it serious I thought it was very clear that people were making fun of her
I feel like it’s a bunch of non blacks making these people popular. But I wish black people (especially) celebrities would stop giving them more attention. It makes it look like we’re cool with shit like this 😕
It's because they were making fun of her at first they knew that she was a white girl acting like a black girl on purpose so they made fun of her and clowned her for sarcastic and irony say and then people started feeling bad for her when they thought she had down syndrome
Now Chloe was completely wrong for duetting her but let’s not fully blame Chloe for that things “15 mins of fame” a lot of other celebrities also duetted her. People shared the video, retweeted and commented. Everyone who reacted to the video in any type of way led to her temporary success
I was offended by it because I was naturally born with a disability called spina bifida my spine wasn't fully connected to the lower half of my body it made me end up in a wheelchair
Dee I feel you! I love Chloe but that was so fucking disappointing to see her duet that. It’s annoying that this is what they choose to give their attention to instead of actual talent or at least just kind/interesting people. As many covers as I post Chloe or the internet didn’t notice me not once but a white girl does this and BAM!
@@notorious.a.r.i. no it’s THAT deep, the problem is people who don’t think it isn’t. I understand the difference between fun and just being weird, if a black girl had done “period ahh” she wouldn’t be where this white girl is today and THAT is the problem along with people who simplify everything like you
Nowadays people get offended for everything 😒 this song is literally just a joke it didn't meant to offend anyone. In her recent video she said that she is playing a character like Miranda sings does, she didn't meant to mock anyone PERIOD AHHH
Bots, sheep, sleep, she's & the supporters are all the above, It's infuriating. Me being an African American metal head looks at this with shame, in the 2000's we know specifically who's known for what in the hip hop genre (or African American culture). Bottom line, we're being subliminally made fun of. Eminem, Rob level, & token raps but have they mocked us? I doubt it.
Dee off topic but I’d love to see a video of yours about traveling😊 vlogs + how do u plan your travels, tips for ppl who havent traveled much but want to in the future. 💕
The funny thing that she doesn’t not sound like Miranda sings which she claimed to do that do be acting in her apology, video. because in one of videos she repeated the same sentence 2-3 times so yeah she can just stop and I’m pretty sure Miranda sings doesn’t do that and if she was doing that voice why didn’t she clarify in the video to start with because we all know she’s old enough to know better
You know we living in the end times when the world is so mad that two black men are headlining the MCU. Kang and Secret Avenger. But yet they were quick to praising a white man leaking scripts/film secrets, none other than Tom Holland. IT SAYS ALOT..
People say we are in the end times but like the world has always been a terrible place though when is it not been horrible like hello we're literally living on a stolen country it's never been a good place
Wait I’m confused on why ppl are coming at Chloe? Like I saw soooo many other ppl do the same thing on instagram, unless I missed something? Idk Edit: nvm I see y’all point 😭😭
I swear at 1:57 on the left of their screen i thought that was Dee about to duet with her for like 2 seconds lol. They look alike right there, Dee and Chloe
so if what white women are doing is just black women stereotypical things , then why do you care , its stereotypes , the thing wrong with the world is we all just see each other as color and judge based of that, Most of every race is racist in there own way and with the way people are delusional now you might not agree but its true , it's something i see alot in your videos when you react to white people no matter what's happening you cringe or just look annoyed , i understand the whole culture vulture thing and why we should be upset at that , but if stereotypes are just stereotypes and not true i see no reason you should care because by seeing a white women with long nails and acting so called ratchet or ghetto and talking with a accent and acting/ looking stupid and saying to yourself ( shes trying to be black) your applying it to yourself
But we dont have to pay her any attention though..like were giving her our time for what?? I don't understand why we can't be better 🤦🏾♀️😭 like its literally so ridiculous!! Unbelievable
Everybody needs to cut off social media give it a break and find yourself all over again because you’re not making money from it at this moment or not that much so it’s not helping you in life read a book or some be outside not wasting your time looking and entertaining the dumbness
I'm fine with chloe stitching it When the period ugh 1st came out people were making fun of it thinking she was just untalented followed by up and coming artist remixing it and showing talent over the sound now unfortunately people are realizing now it was her mocking people
@@littlemayo7136 the problem is it doesn’t matter. Whether it’s sarcastic mockery or genuine fascination, all an algorithm knows is that it’s getting clicks, views and engagement. An exec could easily look at this and be like “let’s give her more things” because companies don’t necessarily care about this specific type of outrage. All they’ll see is it went viral, they got millions of views and they can squeeze a couple more dollars out of the situation. We said the same about Danielle Bregoli (oh, we’re laughing at her not with her) and boom, made a legitimate career off of proximity to Blackness whereas Treasure (she went on the Dr. Phil show around that time and was the girl who was like “I told my mom I’ll never be like those negroes”) was completely ignored (which is fine, but it does highlight that only non-Black women - this to a degree includes Black men/non-Black men - really reap the full benefits from adopting a very one dimensional stereotypical “ghetto” BW aesthetic. This is why people say “all publicity is good publicity”. She wouldn’t be the first to make a bag or have a come up rooted in Black outrage and won’t be the last, I fear. We gotta get better at ignoring, blocking or reporting content like this, lest she be awarded a BET award for best viral moment or whatever the heck. Or she could go the Nora/Awkwafina route where the moment she wants to legitimize herself, she’ll drop the dialect and colloquialisms she swore were “just how I be talking, mane. You a beezy, mad jetty and fronting on my set”. Category is: Where’d your accent go Buckwild
