Cool hack Alana. I love the idea of using a scrunchie. I usually curl my hair and put it up in my sleepy tie when I take it out my hair has lots of volume and curls. I will have to try this. I love hoop earrings, and your new ones look so luxurious. It amazes me how a circular design can be interpreted into so many different ways.

Super video! A little bit off, but do you think that the Dyson Airwrap can remove a hair tie mark from 2-3 day old hair? Could you make a video of that? I'm struggling with that problem all the time, as my hair can maintain a once-a-week washing lifestyle. Thank you!

THIS!!! I tried this back in 2020 with a regular curling iron (after rough drying upside down with a root booster), and really liked it. It doesn't produce perfectly polished results, but I look better in a less "done" look anyway, and this approach doesn't push my perfectionism buttons as much as a full styling routine. I can't believe it never occurred to me to try it with the Airwrap. I don't know who invented it either, but I learned it from this video, so it dates back to at least 2015: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-o2mAgZyRSlg.html (She also has a video with a heatless version, where she splits the ponytail into pincurls and sleeps on it overnight.)
