It seems like an adults only pool and beach day would be drastically different than one with children. No screaming, running, splashing, etc. I’ve noticed how much the lack of children has changed the vibe in every video. This cruise line seems right for me. I very much love children, but I don’t particularly want them around when I’m trying to relax.
Ok I'm convinced I gotta try it!!! I haven't seen anything in the vlog that would really turn me away!!! Everything has pros and cons but this is definitely worth giving a shot!!!
I've been loving your review of your time on the Scarlet Lady. During the first video I was thinking that it wouldn't be for me because my fiance and I are super introverted but I really think I would love to try a Virgin cruise. I bet a lot of people like me would change their minds after watching your videos.
Definitely respect you guys being honest about how you don’t feel like you need to do a virgin voyages cruise again but that you were happy you did it! It was nice to see you both try something new! We support y’all as you continue to do new things as well as show us the things you have always loved! From watching this, I’ve enjoyed this series but my husband and I are old souls too and will refer to your vlogs when we take our first Disney cruise hopefully later this year!
More room for us on Virgin! Cruise number 3 booked. The food is fantastic! Admittedly, the shows are hit or miss. I would NEVER go on a Disney cruise, but to each their own. Virgin is a fairly new cruise line compared to Royal, Disney and NCL but they do have customer base that loves the Virgin Voyages product. We love it.
Honestly one of my favorite parts about this video right here is you showing how they have wheelchair / means of accessibility for people who require it and get to experience what able bodied people take for granted. I love that

As for food, there is nothing like New Orleans. Incredible meals. Were there in 2018 before covid. I would like to cruise from NYC to New Orleans and stay for 2-3 days before flying home. Dreaming.

My fiance and i are very introverted which is why we were intimidated by Virgin Voyages at first - but seeing you guys go through it, having a great time amongst yourselves and doing your best when dining with others really gave us confidence to try the cruise, and you really reassured us when you made the comment of "everyone is very respectful of boundaries". My fiance and i are looking into booking a VV cruiseline, we were very relieved with your in depth video and honesty. Plus? Please keep it up with your "Introvert Tips". I especially loved those suggestions of spots on the ship of where to find some quiet time away from crowds. Thank you for this series.

I have never sailed with any other cruise line, only with VV. If there was any other adults only line around the same price I would probably consider trying a different cruise but I don't feel comfortable having kids running and screaming around me while in vacations. I'm glad you still decided to give it a try. Nice videos.

No, Bianca, you are not an ‘old soul at heart’. You didn’t want to do anything to “haunt” you later in life! Really enjoyed this review of Virgin Voyages. Definitely not for my husband and I (66 and 72) but more for our grandkids who are now starting to get married! Love the fact that there is a cruise line with no kids.

My husband and I sailed the Valiant Lady in November. It was absolutely amazing. Your videos are bringing back wonderful memories 💖. We actually booked our next cruise while on board...have never done that before. Totally spoiled by Virgin...will never sail any other cruise line .
Loved this series. Found your channel I guess from my algorithm researching the hell out of Virgin. I am introverted and have social anxiety but my husband is a social butterfly but we’ve never cruised because of my fears. We are doing a Europe cruise with Virgin next year for his and his friends 40th and may even cruise for our 9th year anniversary this year to get our feet wet and see if we can handle it. My wife and I loved our cruise on scarlet lady. We loved it so much we have our next booked right after Thanksgiving on valiant lady for a 6 night cruise. We also never been on a cruise until we sailed with virgin and after that we decided we do not want to go on any other cruise line bc we would have to deal with other people's kids constantly in the background. We loved the wake. You wouldn't have been disappointed with the tomahawk steak.
We're going on our first VV cruise in a little over 20 days and are very excited for it, especially after watching your videos. From what we've seen this may become our favorite line. We love to be spontaneous and relaxed with minimal set schedules. We too are introverts, but we love cruising so much because we can always find quiet spaces and any social interactions are fun and enjoyable because everyone is relaxed and on a cruise! 🙂 We've even met some long term friends on cruises which we normally would never do on other vacations. Thanks for this video series, it was very well done and enjoyable!
My husband ordered the tomahawk at the Wake and it was so much better then the filet which is what I got. It can feed 2-3 people. If I ever go back I will probably order that for the table even though it’s an added cost.

Ive done Royal, Disney and MSC not a fan of the disney cruise now that the kids are older, I love Royal cruises, the shows are great and that's the one thing I am not looking forward to on Virgin Cruise are the lack of shows from what I saw from other cruise vloggers so they definitely need to work on that. Sounds like a fun cruise/birthday experience for you guys! Thanks for the review. We LOVE Las Vegas with the late night entertainment, risque shows etc but not sure I'd like that on a cruise. My idea of cruise vacation doesn't seem to be really compatible with Virgin.
I do wonder how different the Virgin experience would have been if it was full. I agree the good and the ship looks cool but I have a feeling the vibe would be very different. Solo cruising is a thing though and at least on lines like NCL and P&O not done others. I think cruises are great for introverts generally.

We will be on our first VV in October 2023. I think that your experience was probably impacted by the number of sailors on the ship. We will be there during Halloween, so I think it will be a different experience.
My question is would you have found it as relaxing and enjoyable if the ship had been at capacity? When you have less than 1000 passengers, it would naturally be quieter and less hectic.
