Virginia V Fast Breaks 

Thanks for continuing to post. This is the best lacrosse content on the web honestly. It’s almost better than the sweet butter known as Kyle “2” Devitte. In all honesty, I watched the video, tried the breaks in practice, and adopted them instantly. It has made our transition offense deadly. 7 out of 9 goals in our last game were to the same guy in our V break

I really like this setup, it gets their strong righty and lefty shooters (Kraus and Laviano) wing shots with their feet planted and also gives room up the middle for their athletes Conrad and Aiken to go straight into attack mode instead of a formulaic run down the right alley, draw, and dump. I feel like this V isn't conducive to the typical tic tac toe passing and a backside dunk, but plays to their attackmen's strengths of absolutely sniping the ball from different releases and around screens. Fun to watch!
