They have so many characters from the past with such fleshed out stories, atp they could do some sort of time travel mode and have a full cast ready to go
I really like this storys of the people that fought in the cataclysm, I like to call then "Heros of the cataclysm" even knowing some time they are not such heroic. Please make more videos like this
Wow! I hadn't realised Deepwoods added more to her lore. It's interesting that Viridescent is now directly connected to the other Mondstadt Cataclysm characters
this story feels a lot like a real life fairy tale or legend, with a moral it's trying to convey and a sad ending because the character didn't uphold that moral.
I really love these lores in the game! I keep on writing on my feedbacks to Hoyo for them to put these stories in the game instead of hiding them away in flavor texts. They did it with Tsurumi Island (Thundering Fury), and it was great! Why not have the 4-stars accompany us in that kind of story quest instead of hang-outs.
Imagine that quest with the little ghost boy but we have chongyun with us, little Riu would have a hard time communicating with traveler lol Honestly though, it would be cool to have large daunting world quests accompanied by friendly faces who aren't npc's, I like npc's for sure but that one liyue statue quest with the likes of chongyun or tsurumi with heizou would've been so much more fun than just a quest for primos or making travelling easier
damn that's some sad story, but the crossover tho sheesh genshin lore is soemthing else, especially the mondstadt ones, we got the crimson witch, the bloodstained knight, the blue-eyed witch & the gentleman thief, Eberhardt, the knights of favonius: origin, the aristrocratic period, but then again in Inazuma with Tsurumi, orobashi, enkanomiya... yeah Genshin really is full of tragic stories
