I had the chance to experience a dance workshop in that very room in 2019... and now I don't even know if the building is still standing. It's honestly one of the things I'm the most thankful for now.
I would like to know how the veterans of this dance style are doing.. How are the knees etc? Stronger than average people or more worn-out and painfull? I could was flexible and agile and could do much of this as a child (not at this level !! ) but my joints are hurting now and I'm only 41 years old.
