Just think.......this game was released 14 years ago and it looks better the most of today's fighters. AM2 was a special unit of programmers that always set the bar extremely high. Yu Suzuki is the man that push the limits of technology for Arcades. Yoshihirosan Tsuzuku and Noriyuki Shinoda are the minds brought forth Virtua Fighter 5. Special thanks to Toru Ikebuchi as well for the Quest mode implementation in VF4. I hope I can shake Yu Suzuki's hand one day.
That's actually true there are way more lighting effects going on. I heard many of the fancy visuals were removed because top players said moves could be hard to see at times.
HollowGaming yep but their is still hope for sega , their are counting on the sale of guilty gear XRD and bayonetta 2 don't worry you are not alone , i'm with ya
SEGA is just a publisher. AM2 is the studio behind Virtua Fighter but no one knows why they haven't made a new one in years, there are rumors about the Devs losing interest in the series after Yu Suzuki left, in recent years AM2 has been making Hatsune Miku games and Anime arcade games, nothing with their old IPs.
@@thesch2867 I guess the lost of interest is the Main Director possibly can do something "better" and they don't wanna screw up something, I actually understand them. Altough I think "micro games" like a new OutRun could be pretty cool, in this eras, the last thing I'm playing are AAA games, they are becoming more a Cinema more than games.
