Very interesting, video. Is it possible for someone who is not working for the park service to purchase a hat band or belt?

Hello! I'm a college student aspiring to work for the National Park Service and I had a few questions. Do all rangers participate in all of these duties? Or are there certain rangers that have these duties? Thanks!
