Join me on a beautiful run through Widbrook Wood, England - a Wildlife Trust Woodland between Bradford-on-Avon and Trowbridge. We start in Bradford-on-Avon and then make our way to Widbrook Wood along scenic trails, traversing the edge of the River Avon before heading back to Bradford-on-Avon along the Kennet And Avon Canal.
Unfortunately, the video was much shorter than I had planned, the route was going to be a few miles longer and include more of Widbrook Wood as well as the canal, but my calf injury (small tear) was really playing up and I only just managed to record this run. You can't see it in the video, but I was actually limping by the end of this run!
