Do you have any tips on automation? Things like auto emails or text. Welcome emails, final emails, referrals, continued contacts.

💯. Calendly for appoint booking and email/txt reminders. Google slides for presentations. Company cam for photo presentation. Automated emails for the customer experience through your CRM.

I'm going to try out something in my presentations both in person and virtual. Have bought a "boogie board" a blackboard you can write draw on and with a button erase. Maybe take a few phone shots before, if it's good. I think it might work well in virtual. Why? be;cause in my limited experience my clients like to go on the drawing journey with me, sometimes they even correct me (which is great, they ARE involved) and show their particular situation. Anyway, if somone is wanting to dabble, might be a good purchase, think they're 30-$40

Yes! Try it and report back. I always sketch things out on paper when in person. And now over Zoom I use my iPad display. Love it.

How do you feel about a prerecorded video inspection with a voice over pitch sent to them?

This would be good “presell” or “assignment selling” (as Marcus Sheridan calls it) to be shared before the appointment to prep the HO, but I wouldn’t use this as a replacement to a personalized presentation.

Great question. Depends. Could be as short as 20 mins. As long as 1.5 hours. Typically 40 - 60 mins would be a good average.
