VIrtual Tour of NEW BRIGHTON Minnesota | Twin Cities Affordable Suburbs
First off, I start this video saying we haven't done a video on New Brighton, which turns out... we did. 2 years ago! But it's time for a new one! New Brighton Minnesota is one of very few locations around the twin cities where the median sale price for a single family home is pretty low and the school scores are very high. That stat alone is probably a big draw to New Brighton, but is it the right place for you?

Thanks for another great video in this series. I've had this city in my radar (in addition to Arden Hills and Shoreview). I appreciate your videos of this area in the northern suburbs. Your content is best in class. Thanks for all you do.
