I know everyone is saying that they ship the two and that the chemistry is off the charts but that's not why this vid game me chills lmao. I kept watching over and over bc of how captivating it is seeing two people who trust one another so deeply and have put in hours and hours of training and time together. You can tell they both gave their all with each performance, doing a sport and art that they truly enjoy. They see each other as partners who were in it together from the beginning.
No..put in YEARS AND YEAAAARS of training...that's deep...at first I thought they were related but my brother can't dance or skate that close to my bum lol
Soulmates are literally just who your soul gets along with/connected/bonds with most. That can be a friend, family member or romantic partner 🤗 so yes, they definitely are! That chemistry is very magnetic and visible.
That's what you call professionalism. As a dancer you need to express the song through the gestures of your dance, even a simple flick of finger or a wink matters.

It's actually really cool to learn that most dance partners are just awesome friends that trust each other to toss them around and make it look pretty lol. Rather than a romantic or sexual relationship. I'm actually writing a story like this so seeing a compilation of their dances gives a lot of inspiration for my story!

this is Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir they are a Canadian retired ice skating duo. They are ice skating partners. Scott Moir is married and Tessa has a boyfriend. After 22 years of skating together and during the PyeongChang olympics they announced their retirement.

Well they look like a couple cuz they look sweet together. Those moves they make made me think that they are inlove with eachother and they've been doing that since they were kids so thats why. @@manurossini2965 they are thicker then you think. They only get really dangerous in motion. Especially when skaters are at top speed. But obviously you would still have to be very cautious with that move.
that's an awesome relationship to experience. to know someone so well and grow with someone so long you move as one. hope they keep that bond going off the ice and thru the rest of their lives.

Sweet babies grow together to become something totally amazing. Their talent aged gracefully at the same time as them. They believed in each other, trusted each other, and became one when they danced on ice. Very emotional clip. Loved this.
For people asking how you can spend all that time together and not fall in love, it's simple. After spending your childhood with that person, and quite frankly your entire life. You know way too much about them and to be quite honest, they're basically another sibling.
Also. I don't think they can 😅 One of my friends does dance and she's stated that partners are strictly told to not date eachother because it messes with the partnership.
honestly them being partners and still having passion in ice skating and still having that same chemistry is pretty cool. Many/some would grow out of it, grow distant, or have some turning point but they seem like they really love what they do to stay in the same sport for years

Skates are relatively dull and not very likely to cut anything unless at extremely fast speeds, if anything her weight was causing more pain than the actual blade. I could see how you could think that though.

I hadn't followed them too closely, but I watched that last performance from PyeongChang live, and their amount of heart, effort, and passion made me cry 😢 it was beautiful to witness

Their perfirmance to Tango de Roxanne was breathtaking and made me cry, I didnt know they've been partners since they were kids but it shows when they skate how in tune they are with each other
