I don't want to pile on the medical doctor. For all I know, he may have saved many lives in his career. However, I do agree that the systems that train physicians and control the practice of medicine are thoroughly corrupt and are not in the least bit interested in empowering the general public, only exploiting us. Over here in France the hospital in Marseille had the lowest death rate from all french hospitals in the first corona wave. By far the lowest death rate. After the media found out that they use the same medicin (HCQ) as Trump had mentioned, the director from the hospital got attacked all over the media. That was painful to see.

This is literally pandemic-ending information, there are so, so many medicines that can deprive the virus of sugars like this from anti-parasitic, anti-malarial & other medicine classes that are cheap, safe, tested & effective. Thank you so much, you are one of the best sources for this information & we truly appreciate your contributions in our community. Have a fantastic new year, sir!
The same with nicotine, it binds to the Ace2 receptor thus blocking the spike protein. This is why many smokers are not ending up getting ill from the virus, which is not what was predicted. It was said smokers would be the among the most vulnerable, but that was not happening. Even using a nicotine patch can help prevent infection, this was being studied early in the pandemic, but the results were buried once it showed promise. Webmd has a archived article on this.. All the newest info from online searches shows that this data is being hidden or twisted to say it is false.
Having had a Welness Practice & focusing on diet/nutrition in the past, the one variable I noticed when my clients came down with a virus, was their food diaries showed an increased intake of SUGAR. It didn't take long to make the connection & curtailing that intake, helped. Thanks for explaining how the Ace 2 gets flipped open & stays that way to allow the entry. So very interesting!!!
I had symptoms of extreme headache, body ache and ear clogged for several days. I noticed it was the most intense when I ate some cookies and I think the ingredient is worse than sugar, it probably uses high fructose corn syrup. I did intermittent fasting and stop snacking, the symptoms went away. I tried the same cookies again today (little amount), the ear clogging started again. @@kerensapee "They" do not want us thinking critically what our bodies try to tell us everyday; in fact, we are gaslighted all the time to just follow and obey.
The 'sugars' he's talking about are not metabolically related to the sugars we consume. There are so many varieties of food sugar, it's irrational to make a blanket statement that eating sugar 'causes' viral disease. People coming down with viral disease over many days may ingest more sugars, because their body is telling them to 'saddle up' before the disease is full-blown. Anyone who had Covid knows you 'know' you have it before it presents. Avoiding solvent-extract seed oils may be much more important in protecting our cells lipid fat layers. The n-hexane solvent used in seed oils is highly mutagenic and cannot be completely removed in the oil refining process. I would expect your patients were eating sugar AND seed oils.
I'm overweight and the covid had barely any effect on me last year. Even though I don't do any sport, I still eat healthy and I don't have diabete. But of course my case is not a generality. It depends on many more factors.
@@Omnimon152 True. It was the fact that the spike protein likes sugar and given that people who are insulin resistant (either diagnosed or pre diagnosis) have high sugar levels, is what caught my attention.
This virus is so deadly that all the homeless in my city are still alive. Maybe people need to spend more time outdoors in general to help build their natural immunity
I feel this applies to all diseases and illnesses. White sugar, white salt and white flour are the causes of a lot of sickness it’s good to avoid it in general.
@@johnkean6852 You're not even talking about the same thing necessarily. First, white sugar can be totally organic, and does not necessarily mean the sugar cane has been genetically modified. Second, even an excess of fruit sugar could be deleterious to health when consumed in excess. Realistically, no one is becoming overweight and getting metabolic syndrome from consuming to many fruits, but it's important to understand that sugar is harmful when it's done in excess (but so is fat). Third, genetically modified plants do not impose any inherent risks to our health. I wonder what mechanism people think this would be possible through. Almost all the fruits and vegetables we eat are genetically modified by humans (including organic), because the genetic modification is done via selective cultivating of particular advantageous mutations. So many people seem to think GMO plants were injected with some mysterious chemical with a syringe and needle, which is hilarious. Humans have been genetically modifying plants for thousands of years to raise plants with sought after characteristics. The only reason GMO could be bad is in the context of edible plants that have been bred to resist the harmful effects of certain pesticides. Even that itself is not bad. Where it gets bad is once the pesticide is actually used on the plant, and then we don't wash it off well enough, or it seeps into the plant itself to the point we can't wash it off, and then subsequently consume. Then, at that point, you have a potential long term risk, because we don't fully know what the long term effects are (although I would never assume they are good on any way, so best to avoid them). I grow certain GMO strawberries in our garden, and they grow so big and juicy. Guess what, there's no harm in them, because I'm not spreading pesticides in my own garden.
May God continue to bless you for sharing your knowledge about how COVID and how it’s mutations work. This alone brings understanding and peace to those of us who are not as well versed in principles you are so familiar with. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us. A new subscriber. ☺️
Makes sense, I lost at least 10 pounds when I had covid in November and December, I had no hunger, the bodies way of getting rid of the sugar in the body and the creation of ketones, fasting also boosts the immune system
Oh yeah, I lost about 10# too... I was an "early adopter" -- had it first 3 wks of Jan 2020. And due to fasting for a couple days, and then about 2 perfect weeks of not ingesting any of the allergens that break my skin out (I have several unfortunately, including wheat AND oats AND eggs) my skin went from rough to baby smooth and soft. When I came back to work everybody was like "You look GREAT!"

SUGAR CRAViNGS are not a good sign. I noticed along time ago, sick people crave sugary diets. Especially dementia patients. My Aunt had an illness long before she was diagnosed but started eating sweets - everyone was like “that’s strange” she never had a sweet tooth before. Then she was taken to hospital. Apparently she lacked a vit B as it’s not stored in the body… she ended up with a disease that works itself from the feet to the brain. Left her a vegetable. Craving sugar is not a good sign. A prophet called Yeshua- says you starve the body and let it restores itself drinking plenty of water. This has been highlighted in Jordan Peterson journey to health, also his daughters health has been greatly improved with this approach. First documented in the bible.

The only thing that sets them apart from today, all their food was cooked from scratch and fresh.. thdy wouldn't eat frozen or microwave meals.. they never ever had a takeaway!.. when I visited as a child, jam tarts, bread pudding, cakes galore and coated in sugar inside and out!.. (forever coming out of the oven.). they then would eat them throughout the day... they were very healthy.. never had and medical conditions.. just old age finally took them..

Never before have the human body, in an evolutionary sense, been exposed to the type of synthetic substances that we call modern medicine. That means there is no natural connection between our bodies and these substances. Which becomes very obvious when we consider all the severe side-effects patients experience with modern medicine. The outstanding error of this system of thought is the belief that a deconstructed and fragmented essence can be extracted from within a natural remedy. That erroneous view goes further and apply a similar deconstructed and fragmented view on the human body, as well. The meeting of these two erroneous paths of inquiry leads to the administration of a toxic substance into a human body that is not recognized by the body as a remedy. The natural relationship between our bodies and natural occurring remedies that have evolved throughout hundreds of thousands of years is not regarded as a relevant relationship by modern medicine. Instead, substances fabricated in laboratories, that have never occurred in the natural environment, are inserted into human bodies that are unable to receive them in a healthy way. Instead, these substances are “viewed” by the body as toxins because it doesn’t know what they are, from a evolutionary standpoint. No human body have ever (before our time) experienced these types of substances and can therefore not form an “alliance” with the substances to battle the illnesses. Instead, the only way the body can handle modern medicine is to fight it as an intruding enemy. Thus we have a plethora of serious side-effects, rapidly deteriorating health issues and premature deaths across the modern healthcare system. But this systemic error actually starts before we become sick. Much of what we eat, drink and breathe today is toxic in the same way as modern medicine is. Instead of relaying on natural food sources modern people eat and drink processed products manufactured by an industry. When this habit is perpetuated over a longer period of time our bodies cannot cope anymore and all sorts of imbalances will start to arise in our bodily systems. This premature downward spiral of our deteriorating health is further aggravated by the toxic air many of us breathe in the urban world of today. So much of what we eat, drink and breathe today have never been part of the environment that human (and animal) bodies have ever been confronted with in the past. Therefor when these substances enters into our bodies it doesn’t recognize what they are and therefore regard them as alien substances. Because of this such substances cannot be of any use for our bodily functions and will cause imbalances and pathology instead. On top of this, the modern society have committed unbelievable crimes against nature and the animal realms with its extensive systems of testing programs and administration of toxic substances on animals for the past 150-200 years. Unforgivable crimes that are completely motivated by human-centric racist egoism!

Very interesting. Makes me wonder what this means for people on ketogenic diets and those in a state of ketosis. Some suffering with long covid have found some success in fasting from what I have seen in some Facebook and other platforms long covid groups.
I am on Keto and that was my first thought. The question is does the virus take available glycoproteins from our bodies or do they make their own? Even on 0 carbs, our body will make its own glycogen. But it would stand to reason that if the virus uses our body's sugar, having less of it might be be better.
Definitely works! My husband was hospitalized with covid. Came home with 4 liters of oxygen and insulin. Blood sugars over 500. Adrenal insufficiency and long haul with POTS. Then, he went keto carnivore plus vitamin D and a few other supplements. He is totally well! Off of all meds. Blood sugars less than 100.
Apart from causing premature aging, sugar lowers immunity. I replaced sugar with honey 30 years ago. I have my homoeopathic father to thank for my understanding of health through nutrition.

I was wondering if you know why the vaccine manufacturers did not include the genetic code for the more stable parts of the SARS-CoV-2 in their vaccines. Is it because of the cost, extra time needed to optimise it, risk of more reactions, etc? I'm not a doctor but a specialist explained this to me some years ago when supporting a friend who was prescribed it. Taken with food, being fat soluble, it acts as an anti viral. To act as an anti parasitic it must be taken without food.
@@johnnyliminal8032 I thought I'd replied earlier but I'm not all that conversant with these tech things - apologies. I was surprised by the specialist's suggestion of prescribing ivermectin not least because I'd been aiming it at ponies, often a futile exercise because my hands just can't work the syringe, for years. I was interested by his explanation of how it works, [and the value of toast and butter] as he went through the protocol for treating my friend. This is only anecdotal, after all, but I do believe that I have heard it mentioned elsewhere since then . I gather it has been under some consideration for use in treating certain cancers too. Just goes to show how versatile the discovery was - though I'm still aiming it at ponies with as little success as I had years ago, though sneaking it into a bread roll coated with molasses has worked with one old mare. Now I worry I'm ''anti-viralling'' her!
I am currently recovering most likely omicron. I craved sugar like there was no tomorrow. I'm wondering if that is related, if my body was actually aiding the spread in my body? Also my sister when we had Delta last year went from an a1c of 6.8 to 10.3 in less than two months post infection. This time she got like we think with me omicron but was on diabetes medication and has an a1c back in the 6 range she recovered quicker than me and is still obese as well as other major health issues. This is really beyond my education, but I noticed what seemed to be a connection between the two last year. Thank you for sharing this information.

Just wondering, does simple and complex sugar intake influence these mechanisms.or do the structural sugars arise within the body chemistry independent of diet?
Glucose is the main carb in the human body, most in the bloodstream to provide a source of energy for our cells. Structural carbs are only seen in plants and makes up the cell walls in plants, providing fibre in our diet. Non-structural carbs from plants provides us with carbs that eventually ends up as blood glucose, which is used by our body as an energy source. Glucose is stored in our body as glycogen, mainly in skeletal muscle but also the liver. When our blood sugar starts to drop, we call on the glycogen to break down into glucose and push up the blood sugar, which our body uses; just like the petrol in our cars is used to get us from A to B.
