In this video I have shared my VISA Appointment Experience at Mumbai VFS GLOBAL and highlighted all the important points and described the basic drill to follow there for your appointment and also check out the dos and don’ts. @@bhavyashah98 i want to ask that in the checklist at point4 it is asked for proof of having met all the requirements of the German University- so in this what actually we need to submit (unconditional offer letter & student contract) ?? Moreover what to mention at point 12- legal representative ?? & one last thing i have opened fintiba plus blocked account which comes with health insurance so to tick yes at point 11 ?? Please help me in this regards ?? Are you in Instagram wanna clear some doubts ??

Isn’t it written in their website that payment is through demand draft only? I don’t understand why so many people online are saying they paid through cash/ card. So much confusion before my appointment !!😊

regarding the pancard of the sponsor, should it be mentioned in the affidavit or should we submit a different copy of pancard?

Hey Bhavya! I hope you’re doing well. I have my visa appointment in a few days and I have already sorted everything according to checklist on the embassy page. But now after watching your video I realized I need an affidavit and my parents pan card along with their bank statements. My dad is wondering what to write on the affidavit and where to get it from. Hi , My question is regarding the sponsorship letter as my aunt is taking loan for my blocked account so from whom I should take the sponsorship letter from? My father or from my aunt. And what all documents needs to be attached with the letter for submission to VFS Mumbai. I have summer intake admit of 2023. No turion fees only semester contribution Thank you

if we have borrowed a loan from bank then what we have to submit in place of (affidavit of sponsorship)?

U can submit your Loan Sanction Letter also. My frnds who had taken the loan submitted Loan Sanction letter and they also submitted affadavit of sponsorship as they had taken half loan and half from parents (sponsors). In any case u can draft that certificate, it would be helpful !

Dont know about compulsion !!! But its very easy to link your passport to covid vaccine certificate. Better get it done.

You can carry both. Even only german/english would do the work...but for safer side cary both.

heyy there!! i need your help with something. i just got a mail today from the visa people that they need an ielts/toefl certificate for language proof. but all the other kids from my college literally got their visa just through a letter from our director saying that we have studied at our home uni in english so it’s fine not to give any exam (i’m going to germany for an exchange sem). and so the thing is i do have an ielts test report form but it was only valid for 2 years and thus got expired in aug 2021. i’ve still sent them that but i’m getting really anxious about whether they’ll accept it or not. what to do now? i need to leave for germany in april😭😭😭

I am in India my clg is starting from 2nd October but my visa appointment is on 18th September so visa will not get in 10 days so if I go to visa center in Mumbai and ask them for urgent appointment with related documents will they allow me for appointment as they allow people who travel for vacation etc., will they allow me for student visa appointment on urgent basis if I request them

Hi Bhavya, whether the admission is conditional or unconditional, all the documents are submitted via VFS. Students need not go to Consulate for conditional admission.

Yes bag is allowed. But don't carry any devices like pendrive, laptop etc.. mobile is allowed

Heyy! I have my appointment at VFS Mumbai next week and I am just getting a little last minute paranoia! I have gathered all the required documents. But now I'm worried about whether a printed version of the Soft copy of an enrollment letter will work? Or should I get my institute to courier me a hard copy? Can anyone confirm?
