There is no original sin. Adam and Eve prayed for forgiveness and Gid forgave them. Qur'an 2:37. Then Adam received from his Lord [some] words, and He accepted his repentance. Indeed, it is He who is the Accepting of repentance, the Merciful. The prayer for forgiveness by Adam and Eve. But by the time he was asked this question, the incident of Abu Bakr compiling the Qur’an (Bukhari 4986) had already long taken place, this is Years later. So there is no contradiction. Nowhere does it say in (Bukhari 5019) that Prophet Muhammad passed away and the Qur’an was already in bookbinder form. Quoting ‘Shaddad bin Ma'qil’, ‘and I entered upon Ibn `Abbas. "Did the Prophet leave anything (besides the Qur'an)?" Ibn `Abbas replied. "He did not leave anything except what is between the two bindings (of the Qur'an)." Then we visited Muhammad bin Al-Hanafiyya and asked him (the same question). Muhammad bin Al-Hanafiyya replied, "The Prophet did not leave except what is between the bindings (of the Qur'an). Muhammad ibn al Hanafiyyah was not even born when Prophet Muhammad passed away, so obviously he's not saying he saw it in a bookbinder form when he was yet to be born. Nowhere it is mentioned a complete book neither in Sahih Bukhari 5019 nor in 4986 the word used in the first Hadid is "binding" A strong covering holding the pages of a book together, that.
