There are skills which will always be short, domestically and globally. There will never be adequate highly skilled medical personnel for instance. There will always be imbalance between demand and supply. Advanced Maths & sciences are simply outside the aptitude of the majority of people.

There are skilled youth possessing the qualifications but are overlooked and due to them being not the ideal race are not taken into consideration.

The skills we need hopefully and not all the millions of illegasl who do not benefit our country. My black daughter has just been accepted for a position in the UK because of her skills. Including 2 other young ladies and a young man. All countries do it, but they only recruit the best.
