hello, sir david. I have an inquiry and hopefully you could answer my question. I got accepted at a university without being eligible for studying at german universities as Anabin website mentioning. I booked an appointment and went to the embassy. They said I am not eligible to apply for german universities and How I got accepted? I spoke to the university and they said that they accepted me because I am talented person and have a lot of certificates and competences. Do you think I might get rejected for that reason later when my application reach the authority responsible for international students? because i guess the embassy will help me with nothing.

Hello Awo, have you been called by the embassy already? Every application has to be referred to the foreigners authority here in Germany, so it takes several weeks, sometimes 2 months to get your visa. It doesn't mean anything if it takes some time.

Germany student visa takes minimum of 2 months of processing time. But usually, it takes a month and two weeks.

@@davidadade your video has been so helpful but heard some news about Germany embassy lately in Nigeria Do you want to study in Germany this is what you need; 1) First Class Degree not older than 2018 2) Scholarship 3) PhD offer if you don't have or can't provide any of the above...pls forget about Germany. Channel this energy into another plan! There are many scholarship opportunities in Deutschland. I'm not taking about DAAD alone. The question is, are you willing to learn German (up to B2)? are you willing to engage actively in volunteer service? Bitter truth: if you don't belong to Category A, forget about Germany....I repeat, forget about Germany!

Yes it is possible but you have to explain very well to the visa consular why you want study another bachelor, if not, your visa will be rejected.

It depends, Germany does not need ur NSS certificate but when u go for a visa interview, you might need it

Hi sir the emmbasy officer doubt my language skills so they want to new IELTS certificate so I told that iam unwilling because I have already submitted IELTS certificate 6.5 so why am submitting IELTS so they are rejected my visa??? That's too close. Visa processing time takes about 2 months. Send an email to the German embassy and explain to them, they will give you an earlier date.

It depends. If the course you are going to study is taught in German, the consular might speak German to you to test your German proficiency

There is no such thing that would affect your visa. I know people who completed their bachelors more than 8 years and still got visa for their masters.

Hi sir , i have submitted our visa documents on March 15 th so am waiting for my visa. Then university lecture start on April 8th. And IELTS 6.5. and my interview i feel nervous. So why delay visa?? First of all, the visa officers are the only people that can decide whether to offer a visa or reject it. Sometimes, the visa processing takes more time so just wait patiently and be hopeful. It's okay to feel nervous especially during an interview, that makes us human! If you have provided every document as they requested, then no fear. If you think the visa process might delay your enrollment, write to the admissions office at the university and let them know.

Now you have already gone for the interview, there is nothing you can do to make the process faster. You could have taken an extension of enrollment from your school and add that confirmation to your documents for visa. But now, send an email to the coordinator of your program tell him or her that you will be receiving your visa late so you will join the class later. Send same email to the admissions office and ask for extension of enrollment, so they will not cancel your enrollment. Thank you.
