I applied for a visit visa to Sweden and it got rejected and now I file an appeal because of 2 reasons: The information submitted regarding the justification for the purpose and conditions of the intended stay was not reliable and there are reasonable doubts as to my intention to leave the territory of the Member State before the expiry of the visa. It's kinda sad because I submitted complete documents everything that they need but they still doubt me for overtaying. Now I submit a letter of appeal and letter of sponsorship from my Aunt and all our family business permits that I am involved to. I hope they will grant me this time. hey stubby, am very glad I found this video because as am writing this I got my German visa refused two days ago and I have the exact reasons yours got refused, altho I had an invitation but they wanted the formal obligation letter which I asked my fiancé to fill, my only concern now is the doubts they have on over staying altho I have my family here with me and a 25% share of a company. I wish you could share with me any thoughts how to convince them and how to file the remonstration to them. thank you in advance you already help a lot with this video.
In my case i just showed them how much i really love traveling. I actually created a spreadsheet file of my work trip and vacation segregated into domestic trips and international trips. I provided plane ticket bookings along with passport stamps or occasional photos with corresponding facebook post with time stamp when i had a few plane tickets missing. This was my way of emphasixing my love for travel along with respecting visa restrictions given to me in the past. I also provided formal obligation even if it wasn't necessarily asked. I find the formal obligation as their insirance that you won't overstay your visa because they can claim €€€€€€ from your sponsor in you overstay your visa.
Hi, My German student visa gets rejected for 3 times with the same reason and the reason was "I did not sufficiently substantiate the purpose and preparation for my planned stay in Germany" so I decided make a remonstration process so I have sent a remonstration letter with supporting documents through mail on 8th of Jan and I have waited for 1 week to get confirmation mail from consulate and unfortunately didn't get any mail, so I decided to send a remonstration letter with supporting documents again and I have sent it again on 18th of Jan....so by sending two times with the same application number, does it leads to any problem ???? Hi m’am. Thanks for this informative video. I applied for a German national visa for FSJ and got rejected a few days ago. I’m preparing a remonstration letter. So do you have an idea with the program? 3 reasons were stated: language incompetence (but the organisation is going to pay for language classes), my program not fitting my career (based on the bachelor degree I studied) and that my first priority was experiencing the culture and learning the language than gaining skills from this voluntary social year. So how would you go about that? Any idea? Thank you
if i were the one who received that I would go about 1. showing them anything I can about my language learning progress (i started learning through an app that shows the days I logged on to study 2. find the connection between your FSJ and your degree and show them that connection and how it is beneficial to you 3. i would think you showed them what you planned on doing here outside of the FSJ hence they questioned your dedication. for this i would shown them how the language, especially the language is beneficial in learning more about the FSJ.

Hi! Me and my two kids applied for a schengen visit visa in germany. But we got denied and received the letter and our passports just today. We only have 1 reason for the visa refusal. And that is lack of proof of coming to PH. But i stated that I'm married and my husband will be left here, i also submitted my marriage certificate as well, and i also indicated in my cover letter that my first kid will be going to study as a grade 1 and that she is enrolled already for this coming September class opening. What am i gonna do?
did you also submit formal obligation from your sponsor? it’s not a guarantee but it may help. kasi this way if mag TNT ka, they can go after your sponsor to pay for the cost of looking for your and deporting you back to the philippines.

sorry there is no guarantee on how fast they will respond. when i did my research for my own remonstration i noticed people gave the timeframe of 3-6 weeks but if im not mistaken aomeone got theirs at like 8 weeks.
Hi mam I have received refusal and they mentioned the reason of refusal is school leaving document could not be scanned. My agent said there was no attachment like that certificates. And he applied a remonstration without my sign. Is it ok or not ?
What do you mean by attachment like that certificates? Your remonstration must contain your signature that clearly states your remonstration. It is a part of the requirement for remonstration. @Stubby Stiffy can you explain to me exactly what type of document you made to show that you take care of the mother's and she need you....Or you just written down this story on appeal letter? My visa was rejected for two points also Point 10..."The information submitted regarding the justification for the purpose and conditions of intended stay was not reliable" Here i was attached the daily intinerary,and it was attashed a AIRBNB accommodation full payment....They was mention on the embassy letter that i travel from one city to other and come back on same city,my intinerary was made exactly like so because i want to keep only that accommodation rental and the rest of interest points it was accessible in just 2h by bus or train....I dunno what was wrong.... What i did it: i book train ticket,museum ticket and attached to the appeal Point no 13 "there ar reasonable doubts as to your intention to leave the territory of Member States before the expiry of the VISA" I attashed on my submitted doc : -Company no objection letter to prove my leave; -My work contract; -Fly reservation ticket; -My badge to see actual positions i have as General Manager on the company As i didn't have property on my name or chield i dunno what S.F movies was in they're mind... What i did it for appeals extra: -I apply the full books fly ticket what was payment done before i did it all processed (i did it this bcs the price was good,and if i book after a month price will be more) -Lease agreement contract for my apparment where i leave... This it was my story...Where i mistake i dunno....i think Sweden didn't want turist on they're country's.....to many asking juat for turist purposes...

Hello pol did they reply to your remonstration right away just to confirm they received it? I send my remonstration the other day and until now they didnt respond to me or confirm they received my email.
Ah no they didn't respond that they received it. However in my case I got a response that my remonstration was a approved just 25 hours after emailing them.

Hello po.. mag ask po ako help, I also received refusal visa (french tourist visa) last sept 10 2021 po. Then nag appeal ako sept 14. Nag sent ako appeal letter s french embassy mismo dito sa singapore, dito po ako naka base, pero until now po oct na wla pko natatangap na result sa appeal ko.. tama po ba yun ginawa kong pag appeal? Ang reason po ng refusal ko, (nag duda sila na d ako aalis ng territory nila before the visa expires) nagtataka po ako bkt gnun na ibigay ko nmn lht ng requirements and sa appeal ko nag sent ako ulit ng another supporting letter from my company na babalik ako ng singapore after 8days tour. Pero until now wla padin ako na tatangap na response mula ng nag appeal ako.. iniisip ko po baka mali ang pag appeal ko pls help me po 🙏
Based on my research before their response to remonstration usually take 4-6 weeks. But in some instances longer than that and at times shorter than that. Once you have submitted your remonstration all you can do is wait for their response.

Mam.. I got my student visa refused two times and now i appealed for remonstartion my doubt is that is it necessary to appeal in german. I wrote in english and it my second month of waiting for the result.please reply.
Based on my research before it is not required to do it in German but I was applying for tourist visa. In your case though it is a student visa so if your course requires a B2 or C1 language then my belief would be that it will help your application. At the end of the day you need to address the reason of their refusal on your remonstration. You need to provide supporting documents or facts that they cannot argue with.
@@stubbystiffy Thank you so much for your reply mam. I got admission in a private university in berlin and it was not mandatory to have german language or ielts as they provide ielts waiver to get an admission.Mam so in that case is it fine to remonstrate in English?

please check the official website of the German embassy in India. their contact information should be there. If I remember correctly the rejection paper would also contain their contact details.
Hello hope u are well I applied for my German student visa but they rejected and that was on wrong reason. It said I don’t have German Lang but actually I had already completed till A2. I am going to appeal for my visa now Can you let me know how long it took for your approval?
For my remonstration it took 25 hrs to get a response that my remonstration was approved. If you are applying for a student visa I think it matters what level of language your university requires. If they require B2 or C1 then definitely your A2 language is not enough. It would be a different story if you are enrolled in an English Program. But that would be something you have to point out on your remonstration or justify your language level.

And I would recommend submitting any documents you have showing proof of your language level may it be a certificate from an examining body or simply a certicate of the language course you have completed as well as future courses you have enrolled yourself in. The thing is remonstration process can take several weeks. When I did my research I read information wherein it took over 2 months for some people to get a response. I personally do not think it should pose a problem with your sending your remonstration papers twice but who knows what the other party is thinking. All I know is they need time to go through your papers and that all their concerns and doubts should be led to rest with the added documents you submitted.
