ESim not available as advertised by Visible, I tried and and check with them today, even with an iPhone 11 Pro Max completely factory unlocked, they said they are having issues with running the new esim program, it would accept eSim IMEI to set up the account. When the rep told me on her system its accepting my ESim yet on the app it wouldn’t accept it, nor on the desktop, nor on an IPad.
Porting over seems like an issue with Visible, it took me over 36 hours to get a notification saying it was successful but I lost service completely and had to get an esim replaced. Overall, the benefits of getting Visible as my second line via esim outweighs the time it took to port over! Great video as always.
@@cwp4eva I know you were asking him about it but my speeds are fast and can even stream in HD and even when the speeds are slow I still can stream youtube with no problem
Verizon’s network is better too. T-Mobile/Metro/Boost use a 1900Mhz signal. That doesn’t penetrate buildings as well as the 700Mhz signal of Verizon/AT&T. T-Mobile’s 5G uses a 600Mhz signal though. That’s a good reason for T-Mo users to get a 5G phone.
I was excited after watching this video. I didn't read any other comments but I was surprised to find out eSIM only works if you are initially porting a new number over. If you already have a physical SIM card with Visible they will not be able to move your existing number over to eSIM. 😥 The CS told me I would need to port out of Visible to a different carrier and port back to Visible. At that point I can use the Visible app to setup a eSIM. Man this is drag, I love Visible and put my family on the service, but this really sucks!!!
Been on visible wireless for over a year. First I was using it for hotspot only on my mr1100. Just got an iPhone and realized it was compatible. So I retired my mobile hotspot and put my sim in iPhone. Noice! Unlimited everything for 25 a month lol

I’ve officially started my first month with visible as my primary carrier I thought I would have sole speed difficulty’s and the streaming at 480p would be an issue but it’s seriously such a good carrier.

I really think this is great, how come Verizon Prepaid couldn't figure this out, along with all those other providers who make it so difficult. I have multiple eSIM's and would totally keep it for 25 bucks a month.
It's ok if your old phone doesn't have a cracked screen. Visible only does text for verification, not email, so if your screen is cracked, you need to contact support to do a one time email verification option.

I’m having difficulty getting my plan activated with the Esim. I did the trial plan, so I thought the activation would be smooth. I downloaded everything, transferred my info and even ported my old number successfully which cancelled my old service and still don’t have phone service since Friday. It’s now Tuesday. Not giving up. There is a glitch in the Matrix😂
Visible is killing the game with the esim, but there is no 5G support for my newly purchased s21 Ultra, which is my only complaint. Thanks for the informative video.
Signed up earlier and had the hardest time getting the esim to work. Chatted with CSR for almost an hour and still can't get the esim into my iPhone 12 so they refunded me and canceled the service. Really wished things are different, was looking forward to a second line on my phone but might need to go with Mint instead now.
Dude SAME exact thing that I'm going through right now with them!! I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max too. Except this is my second day that I've wasted 4 to 5 hours chatting with imbeciles at visible !! They have sent me in CIRCLES and circles!! I feel like I'm on a dayum CAROUSEL 🎠!!! I think they was screwed something up on there end, cause I paid for the esim service and I've rebooted several times, logged back into the visible app , I even have an account number with them plus a new phone number (,with visible) And my credit card was charged! Ughhhh If anyone has any tips for me that you wouldn't mind sharing ..... I'm all ears ! Thank you thank you thank you 😁

Thanks! I signed up under your party group and used the discount code. Unfortunately, after trying to transfer my old number to the eSIM, my phone service doesn’t work. And they haven’t been able to successfully resend eSIM signup. Hopefully, gets corrected tomorrow.
On newer iPhones, where you only have 2 eSIMS, they seem to be automatically grabbing the first IMEI, and I want to use the second one. Has anyone figure out this issue? I don't see any option to enter manually.
When they come out with this for existing customers who already have the service, would you be able to do a video for this or do you not have a separate Visible account?
Just request a physical sim if your going to port. Visible activated my number but now I have completely lost all service. I can’t even use wifi calling. On two chats for over an hour. The last one said all set without confirming I had service or indicating when it would resume. Then asked if I was still on the line and I could close any time. I asked how long it would take and the chat said a couple of hours. Now, if it said that before I asked I would be a less annoyed.
I really appreciate your videos. I did the eSIM activation porting my number from VERIZON It's been day 4 and still incomplete, I've reached out to visible to cancel but they mentioned that if I cancel there is a chance of loosing my number and I have to wait 48 hours...
Visible has terrible customer service they are not knowledgeable enough to help you if you’re having any kind of issues you basically have to figure them out on your own. I’m still trying to get the esim to load on my hubbys phone
Did you ever figure out how to load the E-sim? I'm having trouble after buying the simple visible plan. Don't know how to activate my E-sim with visible
@@danieltoledocruz862 you need to schedule a call from customer support usually that takes 24 hours but I try different customer service reps because some are more helpful than others
I tried to add the visible free trial to my Iphone se. Visible app said my phone should work. When I get to the page where it says to add zip code the app wont let me. Does anyone know a fix to this? Do I need to change a setting on my iphone? Thanks
I'm pretty sure you can only have one eSIM line active at a time. Doesn't seem to be a problem storing several eSIM accounts on the phone, but you go into Settings-Cellular and enable one to make it active.
Visible can send you a physical SIM card overnight via FedEx. You can then use both networks at the same time. One of the limitations is 5G. You have to turn off one of the networks to enable it. To use 5G, disable Dual SIM mode by turning off either one of your phone lines: Open the Settings app, then tap Cellular. Select the line that you want to turn off. Turn off the switch next to Turn On This Line. Turn the line back on to return to Dual SIM mode. My Visible referral code: 3ngWmp

Hello I would like to get visible I tried 2 different factory unlocked cellphones lg and Motorola and even a Verizon lenovo tablet unlocked which I'm using with tmobile at&t or verizon sim cards with no problems but when I go to the visible website I get none of the cellphones are compatible .which is ridiculous .
Just tried activating Visible eSim coming from Straight Talk with an IPhone SE 2nd Gen and it would not work. Most likely a straight talk issue not a visible one but I’m not 100% sure. I got unlocked Samsung S21 Ultra 3 months ago and went with Mint 3 months for 99.00 though it said 90. Expires May 24th and I must pay 360.00 for a year to get same rate. Visible still says I'm incompatible which I find very frustrating so let me know what you think I should do!
Can you do an esim to esim transfer? I have mint as my personal number on esim, and i want to switch that to visible, i have a physical sim card, work no through Verizon.
Stenson, I like your videos. I have asked questions before and I need your help. I am permanently disabled and stay home all the time. I went to T Mobile today for a new phone. I knew they had the Connect plan $15 a month/2gb. I was using the special, pay $150 and get a free Moto Play. I love the phone, but they couldn't get the special to go through. So they put me on the $50 plans and said to change in 1 month. I am confused, they put in the wrong pin, so I can't get in my account. Do you think I should call on Monday or go into another store? To me $50, is 3 months of service, not one. Thanks in advance for your help.

I had been using Fi (on eSim) and Visible on physical for about a month. Seemed to work fine. I set Visible to be the primary data provider, so as not to buy the $10 gigs from Fi. (I totally turned off data on Fi for a while, but it didn't seem to use it much when it was listed as alternate). It can become more complicated if you play around and try different services. This week I have my primary # on a Ting sim, so the Visible sim is sitting on the table. Last month I was on chat with Visible for two hours, trying to convert my service onto esim. Seemed to be impossible with their current software, my serial # is embedded in their system and even trying to create a new account doesn't allow a switch to esim. (Fi wasn't working with texts on iPhone, plus call quality was crap) Ting doesn't support esim at all.
If your iPhone 12 is carrier unlocked, yes you can activate with any carrier. With the A2172 model iPhone 12, you’re good to go on any network in the USA.
Hey Stetson I just signed up for Visible. I was wondering from your experience if you've been seeing extremely high ping times. Every test I run in multiple locations, even on millimeter wave produces pings of 100+ ms. A postpaid Verizon line is getting less than 50ms in the same locations. I would love to see some comparison between Visible and Verizon on the channel!
I'm fortunate enough to live in Colorado, which is actually where Visible is based out of. As a result, I'm right near one of Visible's servers, and my Pings are actually quite good. I just ran a speed test and got a ping of 16ms. So there may not be as much of a difference in my location as in your location.
