Yeh observer is Viewing within Right Hand System or within Left Hand System. Maam, N. V =-4 aagaye hey. Now What will be the decision about the surface ABCD, back face aur front face Maam!!
If c=0 ,then, Vz * c = 0 So basically, the final answer for (viewing direction vector . normal vector) becomes 0. Will the face be called a backface if the answer of the dot product is ZERO? As for LESS THAN ZERO, the face is called FRONT FACE and for GREATER THAN ZERO the face is called BACK FACE.

You have interchanged the left handed coordinate system with right handed coordinate system. In explanation you used Left handed Coordinate system and said it as right handed coordinate system. Correct me if i am wrong. Thank You.
It is correct ....cuz your Index finger is Y , Middle finger is Z and Thumb is X so...adjust your hand accordingly and you"ll see it lines up with Right hand .......Your doubt must have been cleared by now its been 11 months...but still hope this helps
