Great video. You can tell by the Journal suggestions that Apple consulted with mental health professionals while designing this app. It’s very helpful and guides the user to a positive experience through mindfulness.

While it is nice that Apple is dipping into VR/AR finally, 3D VR video has been in existence in PC VR/Quest headsets for years. It's nice that Apple wants people to get interested in filming VR 3D movies, hard to say how many people will believe it is a killer app that makes them want to buy a $3500 headset though. Aside from that the Apple headset won't be able to be hooked to a PC so, PC VR will be out of the question when the headset does hit the market. Hard to say who this is actually for though.
