itto kaso full version is used in the anime and yamamoto sacrifices an arm just to use it on aizen, the whole point of the ability ingame, is you sacrifice a chunk of hp to land the move, while it does deal more dmg to the opponent, it still will put the user at a disadvantage if they dont land it, and it would be dumb if the move didnt have hyperarmour with that long ass windup

Arrancars need a mode buff tho, because mode bar gives soul reapers AND quincies 5 moves, while mode bar for arrancars give them 1 move to nothing, they need to fill a 2nd bar up for 5 moves. That doesnt seem quite fair to me idk abt yall.
