Got an email that they are coming to UK finally. I just wish they would allow screen sharing from the iPad. I have an M4, 1TB, IPad Pro, it would easily be powerful enough. But with no MacBook, I feel like the Vision Pro is missing out a large part of what’s good about it.

I really don't like the "open palm" to see menu. Facing your hand directly up is not the most comfortable position. Meta Quest is getting away from this gesture because it's so uncomfortable. Rather have that button on my wrist or somewhere else.

The amount of real time processes this device makes per second is just insane. Being very sensitive to its environment when he goes for the keyboard is just.

They advertised mouse support! Would love to see that tested. Also Multiview in TV app, what is that? Re-organizing the home screen icons would be nice to see how fluid it is with hand tracking. They advertised 'Healthkit'? Not sure what that is. Recent Guest User also sounds interesting. Thanks for the video!

The audio for the environment is separated from the audio of the players. You have to go to control center where is the environment setting and adjust the volume there.

Keyboard pass-thru is a must have for programmers. Overall i'm liking Vision OS 2.0. I think you can get the Mac beta in the developer portal, if you've signed up.

That wasn’t theater mode that you showed. Theater mode, pins the video in a large screen like when you’re in the cinema, but in any of your environments.

The beach environment doesn’t look as clear and high resolution compared to the lake environment, is that just the effect of the recording??

How did you get the Bora Bora Environment? I downloaded the VisionOS 2 but the beach says “Coming Soon”. I tried to downloaded in Settings but didn’t work. What did you do?

I wish Bora Bora was brighter. All of the daytime environments are overcast or set near dusk/dawn except for Moon.

2:55 re: not needing a 3rd party app for RU-vid I don’t think the lack of a fullscreen experience was the only reason for a RU-vid app …for most anyway. Unless the video is about to discuss 3D and/or VR current working through the browser, I think the 3rd party apps are safe.

I live in Japan, and Apple just announced that Apple Vision Pro is launching in Japan. But, It's priced at 600,000JPY. I understand in my head that 1 dollar is 160 yen, but if I think of it in terms of when 1 dollar was 100 yen, this is the same as 6,000 dollars. Furthermore, the fact that it's not supported by Apple Intelligence (as least announced at WWDC24) makes me wonder if it's really okay to buy.

Can you show us how does AirPlay Receiver works. Apple website states that it would work with iPhone and iPad. But does this gives you the ability to control your iPad with the APV gestures ?

Couple of visionOS 2 questions that I’m hoping you can answer: Are any more of Apple’s Compatible Apps available as native visionOS apps (Numbers, Calendar, News, etc)? How does saving guests’s eye and hand tracking work? Does the primary user still have to initiate or can a guest just pick it up and use it? Does Safari support Profiles now or just Tab Groups? Can you edit pictures in the Photos app now or is it just trimming videos? What does Live Captions look like and can it be initiated via the Accessibility shortcut (triple click the Digital Crown)?

I hope all these hand gestures don’t get in the way of future games etc, maybe they can be disabled by devs. I feel like there’s a severe lack of immersive content, flat screens floating around is fine but it’s pretty uninteresting use of VR, the environments look stunning though!

It's Super Ultrawide. Not Ultrawide. 2 4K displays side by side = 32:9 Aspect Ratio which = Super Ultrawide.
