More flexible and thus more cost-effective processes are essential for the packaging industry. Theegarten-Pactec is demonstrating its innovative strength and has developed an integrated robot feeding system with camera recognition. The so-called “Vision Picker” ensures that individual products are detected within a disordered product flow. Each product is individually sucked in by the robot and placed in the correct position in the infeed chain of the packaging machine. Thanks to this, different product formats can be packed more flexibly and therefore more quickly and cost-effectively.
