i have a friend named Rita , who died in an accident before she could graduate high school. she was adored and admired by all who were ever in her presence. in the many years since then Rita has come to me in dreams, to comfort, reassure me, offer me advice, warnings, and just popped in to say hi. i didn't tell anyone besides my mother of this. the older i get i hear things from other people who knew Rita and they tell of thinking of her and feeling her presence and they also dream of her, see signs . and they use terms like "angelic being" and "divine being" and "guardian angel". her soul is immortal but it seems of all those i have ever known this young woman has something extraordinary about her. funny, happy, calming, tiny but beautiful , with a broad smile and a gentle voice. i was in an accident myself. i was going through an intersection in my little korean car and that sweet voice told me to slow down a bit. i did, and a truck ran the light and hit me in the front left at at least 60. it shred the front end and you could see the ripples on the roof and doors where the kinetic energy went all around me. it bent the doors, the shaft, popped out the back window. the cops told me they never saw a car so demolished and the driver didn't get not a scratch or a bump. i had a dream that night and Rita told me she was always with me. and i do believe the friends are onto something. Rita is indeed an angelic being, sent here to take care of me and others who were blessed to be in her presence and be her friends. i lived in the Houston area and last july i had a vivid, lucid dream, full color, stereo sound, even with smells and i could feel the shock waves. there was a catastrophic series of explosions , horizon to horizon , and that sweet familiar voice said "i think its time to relocate." i got up at 3 am and entered on face book what happened and if something happened they would know where they heard it first. they said get out! i did. i relocated to where we lived and near where Rita is buried. a week after i got here hurricane harvey wiped out where i was living. the things i was going to go back and get, destroyed. she wanted me to get out of there . used the fear of fire and explosions but maybe that was to get my attention :) but i do believe Rita was taking care of me yet again. i don't know if she has a regular human soul or is indeed an angelic being but in either case she lives and exists and does good. i also once had a dream about an old sailor who was complaining that the son of a friend was hardheaded and he wouldn't listen to him. he had been assigned to sailors for ages and chris was the most stubborn. he was going to be offered a job and he should take it. leave the navy. i told his mother the next time we talked. she laughed. chris was a navy pilot and had been offered a job by a major airline to teach their pilots. she said she needed to tell him to go for it. he had just received a message from God. he took mom's and the angel's advice.
That may have been an angel, ❤ but Biblically speaking- that could not have been your friend. The Bible says "The dead know nothing. Never again will they have a part in anything that happens under the sun." But that is a lovely story, and I'm sure Rita was a wonderful person and is sorely missed. 😢
My favorite series of all time. It’s a shame that they don’t make more series like this for we who are not interested in Murder and Sex oriented movies and series.

For context: The boy (along with his mother) assumed his parents were happily married, but the boy caught the dad kissing his secretary at work. He was crushed. He didn't want to tell his mom because he knew it would crush her, also. So he was tormented and he drank and then drove the car into a pole, jarring his retina's loose. He was mad at his dad. His dad said he ended it but the boy wouldn't forgive him.
