Whether hiking or biking, fishing, bird watching or simply taking in our natural beauty, Cedar Hill has it all. Come explore and discover the place where fun and adventure grow naturally
I love this city! I moved here from the Washington, DC/Baltimore, MD area--what a breath of fresh air. Cedar Hill has an eclectic mix of people, dining, entertainment and shopping . . . and the weather is totally wonderful. We don't get the effects of the tornados, etc. that northern Dallas gets. This city is only 20 min. from downtown Dallas--far enough to be less congested. This is a family town with many free activities to enjoy. VISIT Cedar Hill soon!
+Chewy Rose I support this message 100%. My hubby and I visited Cedar Hill and Chewy Rose on my birthday in October 2015 and had the best time. I am ready to relocate to beautiful Cedar Hill.
I’m thinking of moving here from the Houston area. Do you think it’s great for pre teens? I have a 12 year old. Are there plenty neighbors with kids/families?
I love cedar hill better than oak cliff because they have uptown village shopping center and they also have Joe pool lake where you can swim, go on a boat, and have a cook out and my favorite stores around this city and at uptown village is gamestop, five and below, hot topic, Walmart, target and toysrus
The two are different. One is in the city and the other is a suburb of Dallas,Tx. I love Oak Cliff because of history look and plenty ways in and out of the area. Plus Oak Cliff has diversity that's hardly found in suburban neighborhood's outside of Dallas,Tx.
I don’t know. But the houses are like mansions! My grandfather lives down there and the house has several bedrooms, a large kitchen, 2 stories, a mini-theater, a nice garage, a medium size yard, and a huge living room with a very tall ceiling. That’s just his house, I’m sure you could find something more affordable that would still be pretty nice. California sucks ass get out of there asap
Totally agree, everything change after Katrina hurricane, I'm still living here, but move from the new neighborhood to the old area, where the nice people still survive from the majority, the Hwy 67 make a huge difference between west side from the east, for how long, we don't know...
