Nopparat "Yong" Arpornsuwan's coffee knowledge, customer service and ability to create memorable moments have propelled her on an adventure she never imagined possible. After winning the 2016 China and Asia/Pacific Regional Barista Championship, the Starbucks Thailand district manager was awarded a three-week coffee experience, including time at the Starbucks Reserve® Roastery in Seattle. Yong reflects on what this experience has meant to her.
