The lands goes for mostly $2500 to $3500 in USA dollars.That’s how much I paid for mines $3000 could be more depending on how huge of a land you want.

By the time the road is fixed you won't recognise the place again, It used to be like that in parts of Nigeria just a few years ago. And immediately that road is fixed the value of your property will go up and if you sell you'll make almost twice the price you bought it at. Enjoy.

Sambuya is becoming a city of diasporian,I would like to purchase a pice of land out there.

Every time I watch ur channel u on a different miles stone. Imagine when the area is developed which is coming soon. I always tell my friends if don’t get a land now in The Gambia next ten years will be hard

I really enjoyed your video. I am interested in getting some plot of land in Gambia.

Hire a tractor/grader to flatten the land and fill in the potholes. Just ensure the land slopes enough to ensure water runoff. It's worth the money to make the land what you want it to be by hiring a grader. If possible, get a well, and look into solar panels if you decide to build. APTTMH YAHUAH!

Also would like easy access to nearest town ....important to live in country green space that is perhaps covered by warrenty/ guarantee ....!!!! Can you grow most of your food on your compound? Do you need permits? In your video about building a house, you didn't give an idea about how much it costs for solar panels. If it's not too much, can you estimate the total cost of building a home (including permits, sewage, water, solar panels, etc...)? This estimate could be on the high side, I just want to have an idea. Also, after building everything, what does it cost to live annually? Is it affordable? Sorry about all the questions. I'm strongly considering moving there from the US (originally from Jamaica) and would like to know what I need to do for my child and I to live comfortably. Thanks in advance

For those planning on buying land in Gambia in an area that is not easily accessible....you may want to build your own road or get with other land owners in your area to help build a good road.

Hi, great video! Thank you for giving information to us in the diaspora. Just a question, why do you mention ‘flatten the land’ as if it is a negative feature of the land? A piece of land with a small his is a wonderful thing. You do not want land that will allow water to settle with no run-off. I have always preferred land that is not totally flat.
