This is a much needed alternative perspective of Haiti SeeJeanty. I also really appreciated your Jacmel tour. Hopefully, things will stabilize and restructure politically so that Haiti can reach its full potential. It's so lush and green, aside from tourism, it looks like there is serious potential for agricultural exports.
The guest house is amazing. However, the house needs more improvement for that money. I did not see a pool, basket ball court/ tennis court, gym and sauna. The kitchen and all need to be modern. I will say 250 than 700 because the internal and external environment that play a major role. Seejeanty, continue making us proud. You have done an amazing work.
@@TheNaturallycool 😂😂yes atleast a pool not a basketball court it's hard to see a basket ball court in house in haiti yes they paying for the location and the house need to be more modern like the one he gave us a tour made by ingorcewahaiti
Once again, SEEJEANTY, you keep on giving us good reasons not to give up on our beautiful Haiti, those of us who live overseas outside of Haiti. It is without a doubt a very beautiful house but not my cup of tea. Before some of you start throwing tomatoes and insults at me, I just want you, those of you who are having difficulties understanding my CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM that they are indeed, in fact constructive criticism. Of course they are not addressed to SeeJeanty as he has been doing AN AMAZING JOB promoting the positive sides of Haiti. I made some comments before addressing Spencer as he was shown on another channel of BrotherLove. Spencer needs bring up his game as a realtor. Again and Again and Again, you always stage/furnish a house you are selling but I guess in Haiti they still a little behind and most likely they don't know this aspect of selling a house. Second, how many square footage in the house? How many cars can be parked? show us the parking areas/garages. The whole house is well gated behind bars which is a reality of the insecurity of present day Haiti but the guesthouse seems to be all in glass as if these future guests are left to defend themselves. I know whomever buys the house can always fix the latter. Third, a house like this has no acceptable yard space and no swimming pool, for that amount of money you are best pay a company to construct your own villa/mansion in Haiti......just saying
I'm so glad I caught this channel I have to read subscribe that Haiti Biz I had to get a new email and never bother to re-subscribe and I stumbled on this and the see Jeanty channel is new to me, I like the Focus on name.
I was so close to buy a mansion in Haiti d/t security I changed my mind, instead I brought a mansion for 1.2 million dollars in the Bahamas. Those home are beautiful, maybe in the future if there's a change...Good job guys...
Outstanding price for this house in haiti a house like this in Star island or Fisher Island in Miami Beach would be about $15 millions, bam Ayiti pito more beautiful.
Spencer I was him on the brother love channel showing homes ! I guess he the go to guy now for homes ! The house has great appeal I did not like the light brown kitchen cabinet .
In Los Angeles around Hollywood Beverly Hills around Melrose and Rodeo Avenue based on bedrooms and bathrooms count, incredible city and Waterfront View and has a 2-unit Guest house that would be 50 or 60 -100 million dollar house two things are missing elevator and swimming pool and New York the same thing
@@Curtis69213 all countries have poverty including USA, France and Canada. I travel to USA I saw people eating in garbage cans and sleep under the bridge. I bet they won’t show it on tv right they will show you only the good side . I even saw trailer park houses get your facts right .
@@Curtis69213 it’s sad you talking about Haiti and you don’t even know our history, do you know France made us pay them $21 billion dollars to recognize our independence, did you know USA breaking in our reserve bank and stole our resources. It’s sad they brain wash you guys talking about things y’a don’t have a clue. I bet if France pay Haïti for reparations they won’t be the same did you know slavery was a money maker Haiti put an end to that do you think the big country happy about that no , Haiti got rub by the big country and I believe they owe us for reparations till now you have Americans mining stealing our resources what Haiti got in return nothing so before running your mouth do some research
@@Curtis69213 Go find out about GDP. Haiti can not be the poorest nation in the Western Hemisphere when there are so many countries in Central America and South America who’s money is worth 100s of times less than the Haitian GOURD when compared to the US dollar which is the standard in the world right now. It’s $3,900 Colombian peso for 1 US dollar, it’s $17 Haitian dollars for the same US dollar . Costa Rica $620 for $1US Dollar. The less your money is worth against the US dollar the the poorer your economy and country. But of course you never did research you just go along with the propaganda. Haiti will always be referred to in that manner because the powers that be hate the fact we took our freedom early and didn’t wait to be given. There are other countries who’s poverty level is greater than ours but you’ll never hear because America has a better relationship with them than Haiti 🇭🇹
@@Caribart-vz6wg “Haiti is the poorest country in North America with a per capita GDP of $671. Haiti is experiencing rapid population growth, which is happening faster than the country can keep up to provide for its current population as is. In January of 2010, Haiti was hit with a devastating earthquake, the biggest natural disaster in the country’s history. Haiti has had a long history of slavery, revolution, deforestation, corruption, debt, and violence - all factors that have led to its lack of infrastructure, political instability, and poverty.” Don’t let your feeling get in the way of fax and research

That comment is weird…Haiti is small but big & life is going on while pitit soyette ap touye pitit lot soyette (in case you don’t speak creole life is still going in the midst of the black on black crime if you will).

@@petionville9359 are they dumb? They don’t have free will? These gangs just like gangs up in Chicago can’t blame anyone but themselves for the crimes they committed. Nice house but Haiti right now is a hot mess and I have friends who fled the country because kidnappings are out of control. My family owned several luxurious Mansions in Haiti which are currently for sale because I nor cousins have any desire to ever step foot on the island ever again. I'm in the market for a Luxury Home and considering D.R. or P.R. or Jamaica instead.

No matter how many nice things Haiti has, but untill these people change their mindset, learn to stop burning, and damaging, and destroying their own country no real change will take place. Why in the world will I destroy my own country because I don't like the government. That's a stupid mentality to have. This is why when people watching videos of their nonsense or talking about what's taking place, we just walked away. Not wasting time of that.
I am not implying these peoples should burn, destroy or put everything down when they are mad but when someone wasn't raised with the same mindset you were raised with, it's not easy for them to understand the effects of their acts. It's easy for them to be manipulated and destroy everything. The Governments are the one to blame and specifically these two last Governments after the earthquake. They used their popularity and many beautiful words just to make the poor poorer and the rich richer. They created more diaspora then ever in Haitian History and now, the only ones leaving here in Haiti are these so called wild peoples and the rich ones making money from them.
Yes, but Haiti is not the only country with these kind of issues, but they're the only one behaving in such a way, and yet they haven't learned their actions will take them nowhere. They can blame the presidents for their problems all they want, (not to say some do not contributing to the condition of the country) that won't change a thing. They never liked a president in the country's history, and how long they have been burning and destroying? A very very long time, and still that haven't bring them any changes, instead they're moving themselves backward. Sanity is doing the same thing the same way over and over and expect a different outcome.
