Qasar e Shireen k samosy n Bhai Jaan k dahi bhally . Mny apni baiti ki Scooty bhi Anarkali sy li , apni Shaadi k liye blanket n quilt n bedding .
Salam Nadia and Bhai. I am based in Dallas TX but a jum pul of Lahore a Queen Marian. You took me down the memory lane, and Bano Saree house was where my mum used to shop and to see it thriving and was so cool. Yaar why didn't you try Bano bazaar's fruit chaat and milk shake. As a child i would beg my mum and khalas to take me along solely for the purpose of eating chaat and their gorgeous thick mango and banana milk shakes. At the entrance right by the wall of Old campus used to be booksellers selling used books, my heaven on earth. You could find treasures amongst those piles upon piles of books. I could not afford new English material, so that is where my addiction found relief. 2 rupees for a Mills and Boon, Barbara Cartland, and Harlequin romance. LOL That was early teens. Great memories wallahi. Thanks once again for bringing back those days.

Maza agaya Apna city dekh kar. Being a Lahori and living in California, you cannot beat the taste of inner city. DhA and other modern cities , it is hard to find an authentic foods there too.
I always prefer buying from local shops such as in anarkali and ichraa. And even dupatta gali in liberty. You can get fabulous clothes in much much less prices.
