Great video, really happy to see this brewers passion about keeping quality natural old style beers alive👏 I'm no fan of the trend to add artificial adjuncts to beer these days, as he said to sweeten them to pander to modern overstimulated taste buds or over hop beers just to hide lower quality ingredients and brewmanship. Beer was and is a nutritious natural beverage in its natural form🍻
