Hello ❤ Thank you both again for coming to Sri Lanka and contributing to the upliftment of the tourism industry, We greatly appreciate your kindness and love for Sri Lanka, I want to say a little about the lakes and dams around Sigiriya area, We think that the greatest gift given by the kings in the above history to the people are the lakes, In these picture frames you have shown Talkote Lake, a special lake where Sigiriya is located The palmyra tree , which is a special tree known to everyone, has been introduced here as "Tal Kote" Lake,Introduced as kote.. the main part of the tree, tree trunk People believe that the lake got its name from a fallen palm tree.
