That's sad. I wonder if they are moving toward excluding the public completely. I know they are deeply invested in naturalizing the waterways for endangered coho in the park.
@@L.Ron.Hoyabembe I have the benefit of having seen Muir Woods three times. I loved it, every moment. There is nothing I've loved more, and only two things as much, the National Gallery in Washington and the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History. It's just that I understand how important it is to visit Muir Woods, if we want people to love, care and have the will to always protect it. If fewer people get to visit, they can't stand awed beneath the trees and just absorb the wonder of it and first-hand experience the intrinsic value of preserving it.
