When my son was your daughter's age my husband and i had both gotten laid off and we were on unemployment. I used to keep a calendar if all the free days for museums etc., because a lot would have free days once a month. We were never bored and those were actually some of the best days of my life. The pet store was called the "little zoo" and we would go there a lot.
