Sheena if ever you struggle with motivation the other method you could use is try working out or think of something you really want to achieve that you haven't achieved yet. And with that once u see that challenge its where ur motivation begins forming very rapidly for my case or u can also try working out a bit, it might help:))) I hope u can gain ur motivation already:)))
