Van moved to the area about a year ago and has been developing his homestead while living in a tent and now transitioning to a shed cabin. So I paid him a visit to see how he is progressing and maybe help with ideas. Van's channel: / @sundanceserenityhideaway #homestead #offgridliving #shedtocabin

I'm really impressed with the Japanese-style sink drainage into the John. Congratulations to Mr. Sundance.

Microwave and Air-fryer us single guys rely on and a fridge stocked up with beer 😂...... so true.

He has a beautiful property. Will have to watch to see what he does with it. I wish him the best. What kind of alarm is that? I need one of those.

It was great to have you out today to see the realties of things. What folks might not realize (as myself), we might not be optimized, and there are improvements that can be made. I appreciate you coming out to take a look at things! It was great to spend time with you!

Great to see how things get started, living on the land to find the best location(s) for infrastructure, thoughts on future "development" and how to make do with what you got sometimes. Thanks for sharing Van's world as well as helping him out with your excess and experience. Subscribed to his channel and I see some binge watching in my future. Thanks for all you do and keep being awesome! Blessings --

We used canvas tents in the Army. They last a long time.
