Hello, sir does this visual basic system apply to fingerprint system I know I need to apply the fingerprint library on Arduino but just to confirm me it will work for it or not and also the database is connected in my system but while clicking on registration and edit user it shows the error of server is not ready so what I can do so it will work. Awesome! thank you very much! Can I use alternatives to Visual Basic? Do I have to use that or can you suggest a different software/ide? I have Mac computer, and have some IDEs, if I can avoid installing visual studio it could be nice for hd space :D

Thank you :-) If to follow as in the video you must use Visual Basic Net. Although actually this application can also be built using C# on VS or even with another programming language or another IDE. But for now I can only build this application using VB. I don't have enough experience about Mac computers, so I can't suggest alternatives VB on Mac. Maybe you can ask this in Mac forums.

@@utehstr hey man, what about VSCode? It is a lighter editor, do you know if it has all the features you used to build the project, like the GUI etc? :)

@@Alhugen as far as I know VSCode is only a code editor, if you want to build a GUI with VSCode you might need an external extension, because VSCode doesn't have the tools to design a GUI. I have no experience about that. Try searching for information about it in the VSCode forum.

Thanks for sharing the the application .I have one question . Iam trying I put the mysql user ans the password . I execute the code and I click on connection button in the window form , the code is jumping to the error box connection failed , everything is running the user is correct and the password also , I dont know why ? By analyzing the error I find the following error in the windows event viewer : "Aborted connection 76 to db: 'unconnected' user: 'unauthenticated' host: 'localhost' (This connection closed normally without authentication)" Now Iam blocked and I cant continue , can you maybe help me ?

You are welcome :-) Delete all pictureboxes, the database does not need to use the image column, delete the image part of the communication code with the database.

Hey thank you for the tutorial, is it possible for you to make another tutorial in which you add a servo motor? If the RFID is already registerd then the servo motor will open, but if the rfid is not registered the servo will not open. Thanks

When i try to run the project i get 5 errors. It says 'click_to_browse' is not a member of RFID_Arduino_Users_Data_GUI.My.Resources. Can you help me find out what im doing wrong? Thank you for the video

That's because files with the name click_to_browse are not available in Resources. In the video above click_to_browse is an image file. Have you not seen the video part of the design, see here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-2_56ZoYVpUI.html see at minute 44:11. For more details, you must see the design video first.
