Man, this might sound crazy to seasoned collectors. But the NECA sculpt is head an shoulders better than the Enterbay and Hot Toys ones. They're all fantastic looking but the NECA one has the wide face gaunt look the other ones just don't have.
Stijn van Kralingen Not crazy at all. Objectively, NECA does the best job on accuracy. If you could take a measuring tape to Bale in the Begins Batsuit and compare it to NECAs 1/4 you'd have a near 1:1 ratio. Even the face and how tightly the cowl grips he head is screen accurate. NECA has the most movie accurate look. Subjectively, IMO NECA manages to capture the intimidating silhouette that we saw the Begins suit display in the movie.
Personally I prefer the hot toys version. Wasn’t going to get it but I couldn’t resist so I preordered it there now thanks to your videos. Him and the Joker will look amazing together

I think something that this video highlights is the amount of presence each figure gives, when you zoom out my eyes take me to the neca figure, mainly due to the deep black cape and the big torso build. Unless money isn't an issue the NECA one is more than good enough.
After years of watching your videos I couldn't hold back anymore and bought a Enterbay 1/4 Batman. I purchased the Joker figure a few months back and its amazing. I have the NECA and like you, I love the figure. The eyes are really intense on that figure for some reason I can't quite put into words. Really great figure for the price.
I think that the neca sculpt while obviously less detailed has the best sculpt. Hot toys is second and enterbay is 3rd. Its kinda hard to capture that BB cowl for some reason
great vid Dean! what I like about the Hot toys ver suit is that it does match paint with the cowl, like in the movies. also that thick cowl neck is more impressive. it's awesome the enterbay mouths fit as extra options-- win! also I find the custom velvet cape too velvety but cool none the less-- cheers!
That's crazy how they're all the same Batman, but look so different from one another...! The HT figure has a super clean laser like finish, The Beast has that matte finish that i like a lot, and the finish on the NECA is somewhere in between the HT and The Enterbay, ALL 3 ARE AMAZING FIGURES, and they all have their qualities, The NECA is cool because its a super accurate (action figure) but still has great shelf presence, and still has a little of that high end feeling. The HT and the Enterbay are just downright screen accurate high end pieces, but lack the articulation (AND THAT'S FINE BECAUSE WE DON'T BUY HIGH END FIGURES TO PLAY FIGHT EACHOTHER), WE BUY THEM FOR THEIR AMAZING SHELF PRESENCE, AND CAMERA PRESENCE. Great video Dean...!

Wow, never imagined NECA could beat the high-ends. Also bigger and ¹/³ the price! Looks like a shrunken Bale and it'll last longer because no rubber parts.
I've been watching all your reviews about this new Hot Toys Batman and I have to say I like the Enterbay one better now, what changed my mind was when I watched your other review when you put the Enterbay mouth plates onto the new Hot Toys batman figure and then compared it to the Hot Toys mouth plates, I think the Enterbay mouth plates look more like Christian Bale than the Hot Toys version and that means for me the Enterbay wins by miles and the Enterbay one has more pluses than minuses because the Enterbay one has three different mask heads with different eye expressions, the only minus is that you would have to buy a custom cape for it .
I wish someone could take all the pros and cons of these figures and come up with the ultimate Batman Begins 1/4 figure. Ive only got TDK 1/4 and wanted Batman Begins 1/4 but tbh i just cant decide on the Enterbay and HT one, the Neca for the price is a no brainer.

So I recently came to own a NECA Batman, and it's a bit of a story. My local music store closed down and they sold NECA, and I remember seeing a Batman in there a week before my gf told me about the closing sale. Thirty to fifty percent off so I rushed up there, but he was gone. Fast forward a bit, and I'm messing on FB 1/6 BTS, and see a Hot Toys 1/4 DKR for sale pretty cheap because he didn't have his stand and the figure has a couple very minor issues. Long story I work out a trade with the owner, my Neon Tech IM for Bats. The next day a buddy of the guy I got Batman from hits me up saying he has an extra stand for the DKR figure if I'd like to buy it. So I say heck yeah man. He sends a pic, and in the background there stands a NECA Batman. I say how awesome he is, and he says he'll throw him in for $70. So great how everything worked out there.
Enterbays still king for me. What is going on with the shiny hot toys suit? :/ I was honestly hoping it was a random production issue in the unboxing I saw a week or so ago. Neca is great for the price though. I just can't get past the ugly joints.

do the different enterbay heads fit on the hot toys body? also if the enterbay batman is going to be covered by the cape, you could swap the gauntlets with the hot toys ones
I thinks its unfair to compare something 5 years old to something brand new with better paint apps...to me when I see them side by side i see neca and the HT having a similar look but no where near the same quality. I feel there's still something about that dam enterbay that captures the more menacing presence of batman IMO
