The visual quality control FFTmetrology VisionView makes it possible to capture the characteristics of various components, which are then visualized in a 3D environment. Holes, bolts, surfaces, edges, gaps and alignments can be calculated here.
The visual quality control can be adapted to a wide variety of environments. On the one hand, the measurement can be carried out off-line, at-line, in-line, in-process and manually. On the other hand, the API laser radar can be permanently installed, mounted on a mobile axis or on a robot. Furthermore, the components can be arranged in a fixed holder, in a robot gripper or on a moving axis for your automated visual quality control.
