Hi Donna! I've never heard about Vitacost. Way to go on taking your vitamins for health and eating such yummy and nutrias things. Goji berries are amazing. The figs would be fantastic in cookies and granola. You are making me hungry with all these organic fruits. Love the spices! Greek spinach pie sounds amazing! Loved seeing how you make the juice too! So great!
Beautiful haul. I would eat those Turkish figs before they were made into a recipe! I stand at my fig tree and eat until I can't eat anymore! I recognized that silver bag right away. Our food coop used to order from Frontier. Those Thompson raisins are delicious. I used to buy them in a 5-pound bag.I use dill, but rarely. Thank you for sharing, Donna.

I had to take Vitamin D 50k Rx several years ago. My level was at a 5! But I was working from home at that time and wasn't in the sun much. My level is now at 40. No longer working from home and I make sure to get at least 10 minutes of sun a day, even if it's just sun coming into the car windows to/from work or out in the garden 😅. That's a great healthy haul. ❤
My level is a 5, too. I was just diagnosed with osteoporosis so trying what I can, though much is genetic. I’m in the sun a lot so I was shocked at how low my level was. We need to take good care of ourselves my friend! Awesome job getting up to 40!

I think it’s normal as we age to be low on Vit D. I spend a lot of time in the sun so it’s not lack of sunshine for me. I was recently diagnosed with osteoporosis and that scares me a bit so I’m trying to be extra careful now. Add the K2MK7 to help with absorption of calcium and vitamin D! ❤😊
No, it really doesn’t have a taste. Maybe a barely noticeable sweetness at the most. I like the fluff it gives to smoothies. If you’re not already taking a K2 MK7 to go along with the vitamin D, look into it and see if it’s something that would benefit you with absorption. My D level is at a 5 at the moment and I was recently diagnosed with osteoporosis. I was shocked. Between this and my glaucoma, I feel like I’m 90. I told my husband that I think I look good for 90, though 😂.
@@JustDonnaMaria Ohhh I will definitely talk to my Dr. I have to run everything by them. I have several autoimmune disorders including Crohn’s so I never take anything without consulting but I will! Oh so sorry about the Osteoporosis and you be careful!! Mom gel and when she tried to catch herself she broke her shoulder so easily due to osteoporosis. No you do not look 90 !! 😅
