Love the way you teach. I really get a ton out of your videos. My favorite part is how you explain how everything is connected. It's at a level that no doctor I know can do. And most functional medicine doctors don't do videos like this. Me and my wife have started watching every week. Thank you.

Thank you very much. My question is, is there a specific medication, vitamin which could get rid of bacteria on the tongue in order to fight bad breath?

My solution to bad breath has been so simple and beautiful: I stopped using any tooth paste!!! Many years that I am using WATER ONLY (and a gentle tooth brush) to clean my teeth.... So glad I did it! It was worse for a few days only and them the good microbes (the flora that the tooth paste was killing) came back and I never had any bad smell ever since!

@@yesbrth hmm, interesting. --Interesting that, if I brush my teeth at night before bed (with toothpaste), when I wake up in the morning, it's horrible.

I switched to a home made raw coconut oil based remineralizing toothpaste and it's done wonders for my oral health.

Your video has two problems needing urgent attention 1) background echo in recordings causes your voice not audible. 2) pronounce each word with accent to hear clearly = please.

I stopped eating grains and legumes. Lost water weight of 7 lbs. In one day ! Holy cow ! I thought there's really somethin' going on...so I kept up with it...3 days no more arthritis pain ! Can't believe it !!!??? I had to retire because of it damn it ! I DONT MISS BREAD and I SURE DONT MISS PAIN !!!!! I bought your book Doc....I have to learn more.

Taking Vitamins B1, B6 and B12 cut my migraines with aura in half. I get migraines from the synthetic folic acid.

Afaik magnesium can do some wonders for migraines aswell, but probably tried it.

Thanks for the upload! Vitamin b6 is so important. I hear B6 is one of the top vitamin deficiencies we have, what are your thoughts?

I do my best to keep my nose out of other Dr.s info... All you said is correct, but you are missing the next most important step and that's P5P & NAC in that system... You went right to homocysteine and that's not next. Pyridoxal-5'-phosphate deficiency is associated with hyperhomocysteinemia regardless of antioxidant, thiamine, riboflavin, cobalamine and folate. B6 most convert first. Thanks!

I can’t handle a dam cookie!!!why is it the more I cut gluten when I introduce it it feel not good!!!!that arthritis pain gets worse !!!

so you're asking, why do you feel worse after 'reintroducing gluten'? It's fairly simple. Gluten sensitivities don't just go away. Those sensitivities are an immune response. And you reintroduced a food that sets your immune system off. By the way Gluten isn't the only food that causes an immune response. When the immune system is overly active, it's like War everywhere in the body. The soldiers are on high alert. The soldiers (antibodies) are going after everything and anyone. They end up killing civilians and news reporters and Medical teams
